Man, this movie is a personal fav. I was bullied relentlessly in middle school. I auditioned with guitar for a performance art highschool so I got to go to a new place where nobody knew me. Lost some weight over summer, changes my look, changed my personality and had a great highschool experience. Wild that shit actually worked lol
i really wish more people would watch this movie, it is a timeless classic
But I wish he stopped mentioning 1993 Blood In Blood Out like it's some timeless classic cause it's not.
Blood In Blood Out is one of the worst and most racist films of the 90s.
It's also acted laughably by the main character. By far the worst portrayals of a character I've ever seen in a film.
@@fyfyi6053 American Me must have been received even worse. People got clipped over that movie. Muerte. I respect your opinion about Blood In, Blood Out..but the racism was intentional IMHO. Like American History X, Django, and even Blazing Saddles. I portrays how people actual were OK with treating others in mid to late 1900's. It wasn't the best, but worst is a tad harsh.
@@NiceGuyPCTV It's "offensively bad" and I don't say that about a lot of films.
I always moved around a lot as a kid and I pretty much modeled my personality after Dizzy Harrison. Cringe, but cool.
@@fyfyi6053 it's a 90s movie what do you expect? a lot of these 90s movies are racist it's still a classic.. the reason why it's so racist because it's based on prison gang politics either way it's still a good movie 😂
I quote "did we give up, when PEARL Harbor was bombed?! ""I thought that movie made money" all the time 😂😂😂
classic 😂
One of the best teen comedies nobody ever talks about. And is REMARKABLY unhateful; always good to see in an American movie from this time.
You would really enjoy Malibu's Most Wanted!
Gene Simmons of KISS playing the abstinence promoting preacher and Henry Rollins as the Warden are top tier cameos😂😂😂
They should have had Dee Snyder make a cameo as a teacher or something. Then it would have been perfect. Lol
Don't forget vanilla ice in the record store
@@rapodejko I think we've already forgotten Vanilla Ice. Lol
@@rapodejko Dont forget Josh Todd from Buckcherry in the prison scenes with the bully guy and the nut kick
This is a classic. I can't tell you how many times I laughed from this movie
Right!!!!!😅😅
DeeeNiall isn't just a river in Egypt! 😂
So many puns. So much laughter. And that Eliza Dushku played her part perfectly well as the head, but my Zoeey Deschanel is my spirit. I still follow her to this day. Such a beautiful and loving human being. ❤ U Zooey!
"That's a Blood In Blood Out reference!"
Nice catch Leo!
I have to fight the urge to ask anyone I see with a spider tattoo about Paco 😅
I love this movie. From the songs to all the celebrity cameos. Seeing Vanilla Ice pop outta nowhere as an angry hourly worker even seemed plausible.
YO! Had this movie on DVD and my nephews would always watch this and malibu's most wanted, LOLOLOL
I gotta give you props once again on your movie selections you seem to be willing to try out anything. It definitely feels like other reactors check what's working and then follow.
And mostly comedies
This movie deserves the like AND the comment for the algorithm. Favorite movie of all time. Still remember watching this back in 2008. Was in Portland Oregon visiting my biological dad and my cousin before headed to Yakima Washington.
Leo does an A+ James Brown impression😅
one of the best comedy ever)))))))
I saw this in the movie theater with my mom for some truly insane reason. The memory I have of my horror watching the boner scene paired with my mom's unhealthy level of glee is still traumatic.
my mom quotes this movie still after all these years 🤣
@@commanderwyro4204 u guys moms are for the streets... lol
BROOOOOO!!!!! I saw Scary Movie 1 with my mom in the theatre. We sat silent during that scene late in the 3rd act. We still don't talk about it to this day. Quite the bonding experience.
We got hella cameos Kool Moe Dee, Jermaine Dupri, Henry Rollins, Tony Hawk, Vanille Ice, Gene Simmons from KISS, David Hasselhoff, Jerry and Charlie O'Connell, Tommy Lee from Mötley Crüe, Josh Todd from Buckcherry, Julius Carry who played Sho'Nuff in The Last Dragon (RIP) and my boy Billy Brooks from Double Toasted is in the background.
RIP to Matt Gogin died in December last year.
God said that strike 1 for laughing uncontrollably non stop at the scene from 37:00 😂 keep it up and them gates my stay closed.. great reaction.. keep grinding
37:02, my dude you going to hell in a hand basket lmao. I love your reactions. Hopefully one day you do the claymation Mary & Max. Dark & oh so Beautiful of a film
Currently in a pub with my mate, and the this popped up on my phone, drink went everywhere as I screamed "yeahhhhhhhhhhh".......I am now barred from that pub due to nearly giving a lady a heartattack, but at least I have this to watch, been looking forward to this ❤....sorry lady 😅
So many quotes from this silly little gem live in my brain. "Who's the b!tch now!" "Tiger claw!" And "Just roll around... you'll be alright..."
Eddie Griffith crushes his scenes, Eliza Dushku is insanely hot, and there's a lot of great musician cameos like Henry Rollins (the warden) and Tommy Lee.
Don't forget to practice your crazy eyes, ya'll 🤪
I use just roll around you be alright all the time.
And Gene Simmons (Reverend)
And Lyle Lovitt
"The sex you want, you're not getting. The sex you're getting, you don't want."
Don't be afraid to laugh at the little guy being thrown... Clearly.. you have a little guy in on the joke.. so if he is willing to be a part of the joke.. IT'S FUNNY AF!! lol
They look a little similar, but the dad from Road Trip wasn’t Lyle Lovett(singer), he was Fred Ward.
If you want to see a great grade B movie with Fred Ward, Kevin Bacon and the amazing character of Burt Gommer, watch the movie “Tremors”. It’s a great cheesy monster movie.
37:13 Hearing you attempt to stop yourself from laughing is sometimes better than hearing you laugh 😂.
You missed the fact that there are legendary musicians in this one. Josh Todd is the singer for buckcherry, Tommy Lee is the drummer for motley crue, Gene Simmons is the bass player in KISS and Henry Rollins was the warden.
Don't forget Vanilla Ice as the music store bouncer 😅
The O’ Connell brothers asking about working out! Jerry O’ Connell is currently one of the hosts of The Talk. And the girl in the band (Nora) is Zoey Deschanel from the TB show The New Girl. You may have reacted to the dad (Lyle Lovett’s) music. And the bouncer at the music store is played by Vanilla Ice. The song you don’t recognize is called “Lookin’ for Love” recorded by Johnny Lee and was originally part of the Urban Cowboy soundtrack.
Don't forget about Kyle Gass teacher and Gene Simmons preacher.
Henry Rollins as prison guard.
Lmao he don't know these people
@@mcgenius99 the other two guards are Kool Mo Dee and Jermaine Dupri. Tony Hawk has a cameo, too. Josh Todd (from Buckcherry) is one of the prisoners.
This is one of the greatest comedies ever made imho. And good to see ya again Leo, sadly been too life busy to watch many of your videos lately, but I'm back.
The scene when he showed up to the new school with the police escort was, I think, a reference to Con Air (good movie, not sure if you've seen it yet). One of the prisoners in that movie had to be moved around in a restriction outfit like that.
"BACK TO THE TRUCK!!!"
Garland Greene (Steve Buscemi) ☝️🙂
Holy smokes it's "The New Guy"
Yeeeesssss!!! So glad you're doing this one!
This is one of my favorite actors last movie before he passed. The guy who played the coach at the new school is Sho Nuff from The Last Dragon. PLEASE do a reaction to it. Best movie ever
Haven't seen that in 30+ years since I was maybe 12 but still remember it like yesterday. So many horrible/hilarious lines.
Hell yeah. Absolute classic. I quote this movie at least a dozen times a day.
So funny watching you trying not to laugh! 😂 So many great cameos (Kool Moe Dee?!!!) and a great soundtrack! 💜
Oh, this was _not_ the first time you've ever had to pause a movie to laugh uncontrollably. I saw you pause it - TWICE - on *You Don't Mess With The Zohan!* 😂
You are the only person I've ever known who understood that "Blood in blood out" reference. The music that was playing when he first walks in and the bull riding is a reference to another movie "urban cowboy" starring John Travolta. Good stuff man!
AYEEE you have no idea how long I've been waiting for this one.
Hi Mr V, your looking a lot more relaxed since your break. Hugs for Bella. Enjoy your day. Looking forward to this. Love to you and your family❤
So this movie was filmed in Austin Tx my home. It was filmed at a local highschool. His dad is singer/musician Lyle Lovett. Who even though aint much to look at dude has a great voice. Classic movie i grew up watching.
I was so excited that you were doing this movie! I've have cried laughing over this more than once. 😂🤣 Thanks for the giggles. ❤❤
Keanu Reeves -HARDBALL🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
THAT MOVIE, I believe, IS ANOTHER GR8 EXAMPLE OF HOW BOYS BECOME MEN
Another hidden gem from the early 2000s is Tomcats with Shannon Elizabeth and Jerry O'Connell. It's like American pie.
One of my favorite comedies ever. Can't tell you how many times I've listened to Let it Whip
damn New Guy AND Undercover Brother? 2 deep cuts from my childhood I never woulda thought I’d see lol
My boy HIT that shi*t @2:00 SALUTE BRUH haaaa
This Movies a Underrated Gem 💎 Was one of my favorite movies as a Teen
The guy body slamming people at the record store was Vanilla Ice. Ice, ice baby!
Duuuuuude you’re a G been wanting someone to react to this classic🤩
I love this movie and think it might of singlehandedly stopped or at least heavily reduced school bullying until a few years after I graduated into the early 2010's after Facebook and the other major social medias took off.. I swear everyone was so chill in the early 00's during my high school years.. I remember very little to almost no bullying.. I was a freshman when this movie came out I remember the seniors being very nice, giving us newbies directions to certain rooms in the school during first few weeks and usually being friendly most of the time like letting us play basketball or water polo with them in P.E. class even though we obviously sucked compared to them. It was all pretty great back then besides elementary school but at that young of age there will always be bullies no matter the times. I haven't been in school in over 17 years so i don't really know how bad it has actually gotten besides the stories I've read. I was barely school age in the 90's besides elementary but I heard from my sister and other people that bullying seemed to peak when the internet first took off then from me and everyone I've known experiences' it tapered off in early 2000's maybe due to this movie but who knows. Anyways it just seems strange that my generation was skipped and mostly great then everything seemed to go to hell after 2010 when twitter and Facebook started taking over.. I know everyone's experiences are different and I can't speak for people from other regions or countries but the Midwest suburbs were at least like this and judging by the general feel good and chill culture at the time I believe most of the country was probably the same. Maybe I'm just becoming a grumpy old man but I doubt I'm the only one to notice these connections..
This movie and Out Cold are riots and perfect early 00s time capsules.
An absolute classic! I started wearing Dockers cause of this movie when I was younger!
I'm so proud today. Stuck in my head again
26:32 Actually there's still a law in Virginia lawbooks that says horse theives will be hanged. They never took it out of the books.
I had to come back and re-watch this one. I was really in the mood to see someone react to this movie, and as far as I can tell you're still the only person on UA-cam to react to this forgotten classic. This one, Eurotrip, Undercover Brother... you're one of the very few reacting to these favorites of mine. It looks like you haven't seen Van Wilder, though. It's an early Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool) movie, also starring Kal Penn (Harold and Kumar) and Tara Reid (American Pie). I think you'd enjoy it.
“He launched the little dude” 😂😂😂😂😂
Man thanks for reacting to the movie, loved it as a kid, nobody else seems to react to it haha. If you want another DJ Qualls movie he was in Hustle & Flow. Hope you’ll check out The Girl Next Door, another funny movie from around this time that I don’t see reacted to.
such a great under rated movie. another great one is "Saving Silverman"
I concur
Zoey D. Asking what dizzy is doing before he breaks the mop handle always kills me. No idea why she said it the way she did but it hits my funny bone every time.
One of my FAV movies :)
thank you for reacting to this. Eddie Griffin is hilarious in this!!
Pity Eddie Griffin doesn't get more love.
Good choice! This movie was my shit as a kid. A cult classic 🤘🏽 Movies that came out during this era were wild.
I'm so chill most of these teen high school movies were done in Texas like this varsity blues....Friday night lights
Yessssss I requested this so happy to see you react! 🔥🙏🏽 i love DJ & Eddie
Finally, someone reacts to this one! A lot of people seem to hate it, but I think it's hilarious, and I love the casting. Lyle Lovett as the dad is perfect, you really believe they're related. Eddie Griffin is in top form. Gene Simmons preaching abstinence is so wonderfully ironic. Henry Rollins as the prison warden, getting tats with the inmates. The list goes on. So funny, and some good messages too.
Glad you enjoyed this one as much as I did. If you can find the director's cut it adds some fun scenes, but removes the Patton bit to double down on Braveheart. The DC with the Patton bit would be the perfect version.
The mall preacher is Gene Simmons, the bass player from KISS. :D
And vanilla ice at the record store
Oh man, I loved this movie when it came out. I haven't seen it in ages and I forgot how fun it was. Great and rare pick, Leo!
You don't miss with these movie reactions. Every single one is gold!👏🏻
LOL Vanilla Ice's cameo as the CD store employee that just wants to toss people like a bouncer, classic.
This is one of those movies it always seems like nobody else has ever seen lol
Daaaaamn that's a blast from the past. Loved DJ in this one and learnt about Eddie from this movie.
This was one of the funniest movies I've seen when it first came out. Great reaction Leo keep up the good work. Miracles and blessings to you and yours ✌️ 💜.
I used to watch this movie RELIGIOUSLY back in the day! This gives me a high school Max Keeble’s Big Move type of vibe. Max Keeble is also very much worth the watch, I hope you consider it.
This movie drips early 2000's
ahaha YES cant believe you did this movie SOOO GOOD! THANKSSS!!!
You tryin to hold that laugh in got my 😂😭
“Sorry for laughing at that” 😂 it’s ok bro, it’s funny for a minute.
I love your reactions man they are so genuine and you always seem to react to my favorite movies.
Holy hell Leo. 3k views in the 1st hour? Congrats on the success bruddah and more to come.
My mom introduced this movie to me growing up. It's one of my favorites.
When I say I can quote this movie, I mean I can start from beginning to end the entire movie and song.
This movie man... I loved it as a kid..😊 Still nice to watch..
SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU WATCHING THIS BRO LMAO ONE OF MY CHILDHOOD FAVS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK G

Certified High School classic.
Haven’t seen anyone else react to this yet. 😁
Got damn!!! You got James down pat! Love it!
I haven't seen this in a long time and I can't believe there are so many cameos. Like Vanilla Ice as the record store "bouncer" and Gene Simmons as the mall priest. 🤣
Thank you for reacting to this awesome movie! It’s one of my favorite moves of all-time! 😊
You a real G for reacting to this movie. F*ck Yeah!!!!

This is a great movie, the guy wanting to toss people out of the music store is actually Vanilla ice lol
The bandana top was top tier. Rip Ed. The little person band geek. He died last year of covid.

I love this movie 😂 funny reaction ! Haven’t seen many reactions on this one
Forgot how fun this movie was. Thanks for the reaction and the memories!
Such a classic 😂 I'm so happy to see this is being brought back in 2024. And boyyy that Eddie. That Eddie comedy is top tier along with Mr. Katt. 🤌🤌🤌
In retrospect that motorbike save is MAD goat behavior lol. Those are great friends lol.
90s /2000s Teen movie does it again. I love my NüMetal era. So many memories. Soundtrack be lit🤘⚡
Oh shit... I forgot. My favorite part of the movie for me is when he's dragging dude around the school so they can see him take out the big guy. The Conan the barbarian music playing cracks me up for some reason. Idk why. 🤭
I was obsessed by this movie when I was younger, I wish more people would watch it.
