The ONG shambolic models(wagons, mad git’s) always take DT 2 tests for anything but open terrain. Either he rolled exceptionally well or he may have missed that. Great report:)

And the git’s can be pooped out as a stand and shoot in a front arc charge, OR THEY MUST be released if the ONG player goblins unit is within 8” of any enemy unit. They don’t have to go at the triggering unit thought they can go anywhere, seemed that other than the DTs he used them correctly, but they are one of the best weapons in the army and learning to control and maximize fanatics wins games. They also March block.

Very nice, quick video. It would be nice to see a bit more shots of the units and battlefield close up, early on - as it's hard to understand which models are which purely from seen above.

IMHO the biggest mistake you made was playing too aggresively with the shooters, and not vanguarding, pushing the battleline forward could have made a huge difference :)

The vanguard I feel like it mattered a lot, was I really that aggressive with the shooting? How should have I played them?

@@PhearTheHam It was preety mutch guaranteed that he would push the trolls forward a lot, so maximising the distance h had to move to get to you would be a good idea. When he pushed them 12" forward first turn you were about 10" apart, imagine if you deployed the marksman 10" further from the center, you would have an additional turn of shooting.
Of course this begs the question: "then what if he does not move forward is outside my range?" then its good too since his most potent fighting unit is standing back and doing nothing :)

@@polopo212 I'm actually starting to learn this now!

I'm only starting to realize this fact.
You dont really need to kill your opponent's units just make them useless. Until you can spare the resources to kill them.
