BLACK STICKY RICE CHIFFON CAKE RECIPE (diameter size 18 cm)
Egg yolk 4 pcs
Vegetable oil 45 gr
Fresh milk 85 ml
Black sticky rice flour 85 gr
Baking powder 4 gr
Salt 1/4 tsp
Egg white 4 pcs
Cream of tartar 1/2 tsp
Sugar 65 gr

Hari ini aku akan berbagi cara membuat gluten free chiffon cake.. resep ini tidak memerlukan tepung melainkan menggunakan tepung ketan hitam.. kue yang lembut, fluffy, dan enak ini cocok disajikan dengan secangkir teh atau kopi.
CHIFFON CAKE KETAN HITAM (ukuran diameter 18 cm)
Kuning telur 4 pcs
Minyak sayur 45 gr
Susu cair 85 ml
Tepung ketan hitam 85 gr
Pengembang kue 4 gr
Garam 1/4 sdt
Putih telur 4 pcs
Cream of tartar 1/2 sdt
Gula pasir 65 gr
