For the bots, I can't confirm as it is a reupload, but I would assume 4 motor drive, a 2 motor conveyor that is directly connected to intake, and the catapult is powered by a PTO. Hope this helps!
Was never illegal. Rapid Load Period gives you the opportunity to load by the starting zones, but you cannot gain pass points for those balls. You can also still load by the loading station, and those would still be eligible for passes.
