You guys didn't forget much. Only that they come with Neken triple clamps, KYB suspencion, fmf Gnarly system, skitplate, vforce 4, the best stock carb in the market, Electric power valve, griper seat, electric fan, exel rims, map switch, galfer rotors and easy seat release. Did I forgot something? 🍻😂

And ignition systems that tend to fail... And you get to pay out the a$$ for parts that you can only buy from your sherco dealer. There were 6 sherco 300s in my riding group (we race extreme east pro and a class). Now there's one. Amazing motor.

@@davidcrouse6670 The coil issue has been solved. Sorry that you had those issues. On the parts, it is pretty standard practice to have OEM parts sold by your OEM dealer. I may be wrong, but I can't think of an example where OEM parts from any brand are available at an aftermarket parts store. More and more aftermarket companies are making Sherco parts in much bigger numbers thanks to our ever growing demand. Internal and external parts like pistons to plastics.

A lot of the 2 stroke Shercos that I see here in Monterrey Mexico have SmartCarbs and they are not cheap. I have a 2014 Husqvarna and think if I’m going to spend all that money would like to have oil injection, so don’t have to mix gas anymore.

I have had two Sherco 300 2-strokes and 2 x 300 4-strokes since 2015. My current 2017 mod. 300 4-stroke has 150 hours on it, and I just replaced the piston. As my dealer said; you might as well just put it right back in there! It was almost like new. Valves were well within spec also. Anyway, here is a list of Sherco (and WP, Brembo) parts that have failed on the bike after 150 hrs of riding in snow, sleet, sun, wet, dry, training, racing, low rpm's, high rpm's and so on: 1. No a single item. 2. See item 1. Except from wear and tear items (brakes, tires etc) the bike has performed flawlessly, whilst my riding buddies on some orange bikes have struggled with electrical issues (a few had to buy new electrical sets and replace the whole wiring system), TPI issues on 20 hr two-stroke (having to replace cylinder, where the orange company took no responsibility under warranty), failing speedo/hour meters, cracked cylinder on 4-stroke. Oh wait, I had to replace one thing on mine; the headlight bulb. Sorry I forgot about that.

I have a 2020 300 se factory, could not be happier with it. My friend has a 2019 250 se factory, also very bad ass. Ride hard Enduro, single-track mostly. It's a ripper and has tons of low end grunt. Use the jd jet kit when I go ride higher altitudes like moab, Colorado etc. The kayaba suspension is top notch out of the box. You won't be disappointed if you get one.

As I understand it, this 450 is really good on the trails since it was not derived from an SX model bike? I personally like the mellower hit of the 250 in the tight, technical terrain but it really is a matter of preference.
