I bought 8 of these for C-gifts. 2 of the 5 I've contacted were bad. One of those was Disney. I have distroyed two already but then was given the option of 3 base color choices. The bad Disney blender will no longer be Disney. Why did I pay extra!!!?? Worse, the letter I received from them indicates they knew of this problem for quite a while but only alerted us AFTER CHRISTMAS!!! That speaks of deliberate disregard of customer care to me. Am I misreading something??? And someone here says they were never sent the replacement?? What a ripoff. ( I'm open to 'next step' suggestions y'all.)
Mine was recalled. They said we dont have to pay shipping 😂 Last time they sent me a blendjet I was sent shipping invoice from a shipping company in the states, I didnt pay for it then it got sent to collections. No where in their ad did it say I had to pay, it said freeshipping. Anyways, this was in 2021 and now this??? What a crock of bull.
You have to submit a claim by destroying yours and upload a picture, after you do this the site won't complete the claim so your screwed. You rendered yours not usable and don't get a new one.
They have about 40 colors when you purchase but only want to replace your color with either black, aqua or lavender...gee thanks. Also when you do the terms of certification that you will no longer use the blender and will dispose the battery properly and hit the submit button you get NOTHING other than a please wait spinner and then it returns to the form. There is no verification of submission and only a back button or the same submit button. No matter how many times you hit submit this did not change. Whether they received my form I'll never know as they didn't even send an email. This is a train wreck from start to finish, I guess this is what happens when manufacturing is outsourced from the USA.

Keep all pictures and product parts.. Contact your State Attorney General.

They need to do better! They aren't making it easy and my product has no serial number. They better fix the otherwise i will contact consumer reports.
