Totally agree about the dating yourself thing. I’m married and I encouraged my husband to do that because it’s been important to me to spend time with myself and continue to get to know myself ever since I lost myself in my first relationship.

I absolutely love the way you interpret the time you spend with yourself. It doesn’t have to be a negative thing to be on your own. And you’re so right, building a healthy mindset about feeling comfortable in your space is crucial especially when loving yourself. Everyday I’m learning little by little how to be ok with just being on my own and finding genuine happiness in my own company :)

But since a lot of friendships drifted apart as the years went by, I had to learn to be with myself and now I actually prefer going shopping on my own because I can stay in the stores as long as I want to or leave if there's too many people around me 😄

I have dry skin too and I’ve used the same watermelon primer and I noticed sometimes it makes my foundations separate like that too. So sometimes I skip primer all together and just use moisturizer and my foundation still looks good.
