I don't think it is possible to go in there. However wombat just released a video of a glitch with his teammate going through a wall while stabbing an enemy. So maybe something similar happened to this guy also. But if so, how the heck is he going out of there too?
I figured out how to get back there. I'm making a video on it.

Yeah I've seen some cheaters on console that go off the map on Atlantic Wall.

All cheating like that or any other way, come to think of it, just shows how bad a player they really are.
It looks like the player was exploiting the glitch. That's cheating.
