ALWAYS!
Why?
Not on purpose, just seems like whenever you kneel in the woods, 9/10 you’re going to kneel on something that jabs uncomfortably into your knees
Lose a small part on the garage floor? Just kneel down for something and your kneecap will find it.
Never fails
Would be interesting to see what kind of kit you could build for about the same money and size.
you mean all the parts need to fit into the same bag? I'd like to see that
Honestly, probably wouldn't cost that much. Even a cheap hatchet about the same size as that shovel head and sharpened well wouldn't be bad.
Well, lest think about it for a sec, the bag may be a bit bigger, but a half way decent hatchet, $35-50, a good cheap knife $40.00, military shovel/ ? -$50, flint and steel or fire starter kit $20.00, add in another $20 for compass, and waterproof matches, so carefully shopping, you can improvise a pretty good kit.... but
Watching Cody swing an inferior survival all in one tool.... Priceless!
Lots of survival vodka to think about this. Maybe lonely drunk wouldnt be so unhappy then
@@cujoedaman
A fiberglass hatchet for 20, then a small sharpening kit, a small Mora knife for 15, a tiny folding shovel of a similar if not better construction than this "survival tool" for maybe 30?

@@xEvilRaptorx the shovel looks a lot like the 'Stand Arrow' from manga/anime series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, which is a very special type of arrow that gives people power to summon Stands, which are something like a guardian ghost and it's the main gimmick of the series.
As for the second one someone else can explain since I don't really watch Markiplier
@@xEvilRaptorx To complete the chain, the reference on Markiplier comes from a video where he eats sour patch kids icecream with it, before he does all that makes up excuses/explains why he bought this shovel and how was the best thing in the world, and that is pretty much it, good day mate.
You forgot the dudes talking about team fortress 2 market gardening
1%: Shovel Knight fans.
now I'm imagining someone making an actually good version of this (minimizing failure points while maintaining functions, etc). could be interesting to see
well, besides it being lightweight, there is really no point to buying something like this, you can buy a mora basic, a cold steel shovel and axe, a big ferro rod, a decent folding saw and you would spend a little over $100, this thing cost 250 and a good well designed version made out of lets say titanium and 1095- or O1 still would cost about $500 or more
Literally buy a mattock and then a saw and firestarter.
