Dear sir, pls verify the concept you taught earlier as a shortcut because it does not match with the 2nd table where you calculated free float, independent float, total float

dear sir is there any mistake in determining independent float ? first you used (latest finish - early start)- time . but in the example you used (early finish - latest start )- time . which one is correct?
