Good idea! I was thinking of driving a screw/nail in the bottom of each corner leaving maybe 1/4” or so exposed to allow air circulation. Similar concept!
I’m in the process of developing digital plans currently! Hope to have them available within a week - I’ll reply again when they’re finished. Thanks for the suggestion of plans and for watching!
I did my best to show how the cuts could also be made with a miter saw. All you really need for this build is a miter saw, set of clamps, and a nail gun. A table saw would definitely make things go quicker 👍🏻
I don't understand why people complain ! The videos are free and I'm willing to bet there are many with a table saw or miter saw. Harbor freight has a dual bevel 12" for $239.
This is insanity why did you add twelve steps to a simple project that could be done twice as easily with less effort less time less cost it just doesn’t make sense why on earth did you complicate this so much
Digital plans for this planter box are now available at this link!

Love these easy vids. Easy if ya have £1000 of power tools and a shed
Definitely helps to have a full shop, but these can be made with minimal tools as well 👍🏻
Just my personal taste, I'd leave the trim boards long to make short legs to keep bottom of planter off the ground to avoid rotting.

Do you sell the plans, looking for the overall dimensions? Great video thanks!

Can you use the Rubio Monocoat Pure for exterior use?
This one sets under a porch and has held up fine. I believe Rubio makes different finishes specifically for outdoor applications.
10 seconds into the video, yeah…diy as long as you got a complete wood shop in ur garage

Not sure of the 12 steps you’re referring to, can you elaborate? Maybe it looks more complex because the outward taper?
