This is a great problem solved but my problem is it won’t go down I checked No lid in it all 3 sides go down and click but the lids still won’t fit .., ANY SUGGESTIONs ANYBODY???

Man I can't believe how simple that was. My mom wanted me to figure out why she couldn't use it and I even ordered a replacement blade thinking that was the issue. Afterwards I noticed the screw in piece at the bottom but I assumed it was part of the blender and that I had the wrong part. This video saved me so much time.

OMFG... that little piece of!! So glad I didn’t grow away my nutribullet now. It was just sitting in my cupboard collecting dust but today, decided to see if a miracle had happened and my bullet would work again, but nope- still “broken”. Decided to order a new blade, thinking that’d solve it, but having seen your video and finding that piece of lid, I AM SO HAPPY!! Thanks so much! Cheers bud. I checked one that clicked down other two didn't and I didn't think they did as I tried really hard to push down. Being a hero I un did all the screws below and tried to open it up then watched your video, wd40 and bingo.

I just want you to know that I had no idea why my cup wouldn’t go down until I saw your video. I’m a happy camper thanks to your useful information. I also cleaned the 3 tabs as mentioned. Thanks 😊

U saved my NutriBullet and me having to call customer service.
My problem was the Activators (or the cup) wouldn't go down.
So glad you mentioned using WD and the "distinction" that the Activators were supposed to go up and down. Before the functionality had been a mystery.
So I put drops of Dawn liquid soap on them and let it sit. Used a butter knife to get it moving.
Dawn helped loosen them up. Then I followed it by spraying Grapeseed oil (my substitute for WD). The oil added the piece de La Resistance.
Then the Activators started moving up & down again.
I got my NutriBullet back. Good thing too, I already had a cup full ready to be blended.

Oh man I owe you for this😂😂.....you are an absolute genious....My blender was stuck for 2 years without figuring what was the problem....I searched for 100s of videos on you tube and never got the solution...Ordered spare parts of no use, dismantled the whole equipment but in vain....and then i literally typed leaving all the hopes behind "my jar is not fitting the base" and oops you know what this video popped out...A 1 and half minute video solving my problem instantly....Never knew the problem was simple and running around musing over a big problem....And now the blender is perfectly fit 😂😂😂

Brilliant! I was trying to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it!!! Well, after watching your video, I also found a lid which stopped the nutribullet from going down!! I was able to grind up my dehydrated tomatoes!!

I cannot thank you enough....the exact same thing just happened with me. I had only used it once...brand new....looked online to see if I was missing a piece and noticed there should be two of those lids in the box...There was only one....the other one was stuck exactly like yours....thanks for sharing...
