İndeed, Azerbaijani has a Kh. Turkish actually doesn't have a 'kh', but some people speak with an 'accent', where they just turn the K into a Kh sound. There are also some other letters that people pronounce differently bcs of that accent. Especially in villages it's very common. People who were raised in the city usually speak more formally without this accent. I myself often speak with this kind of 'rough' accent too.
