Ten years later, I finally got around to watching this again. Thank you for having made this!
It's impressive how the creator used different animes to create his own story. This is art.
I love this AMV to pieces, but I have to recommend Steel Fenders and Our Tapes if you want some other masterpieces. Those two are simply astounding.
Still watching/listening to this twelve years later. It was an instant add to several of my playlists.
I love how much Sora no Otoshimono was used in this. That show never gets the credit it deserves.
years later, and hundreds of amvs gone by, and this is still my favorite amv of all time
This was so sad...... the angel was obviously awed at the beauty of our world, but then as she watched humans destroy themselves, she completely forgot about that beauty and the innocent lives just living a peaceful life. Humans AND animals alike. She completely forsake an entire world, with all it's other beauty, just because of some mindless humans.... this made me cry. And what made me cry the most was that at the end, she seemed to have realized what she had done........ this was extraordinary work, and i recognized some of the animes, such as Heaven's Lost Property with Ikaros, but still...... this was so sad........
She didn't ignore the good, the bad just didn't belong. She wasn't sad, she knew it was over, failure, and self-anihilated after cleaning up.
Don't feel sad for her, she was disappointed, in the end.
Here I am, 13 years later, watching this amazing amv. An authentic art piece.
THIS.IS.BEAUTIFULL. Modern humanity deserves this...

I have seen more AMVs in my life than I can put into words. I have seen AMVs mad by professionals, AMVs that made people professional, AMVs that have won awards, and by far, and I say this with reverence, this is by far THE BEST AMV I have EVER seen.
Watching this made me stay silent in awe. I was amazed at the power behind this video, and I was in a state of "Damn..." the entire time. The music was a great compliment to the visuals, working in perfect harmony. Excellent job again Bestamvsofalltime Team.
Wow... I can watch it again and again, it never stops being one of the best AMVs I've ever seen.

I don't believe in god, but it's a pretty impressive AMV. Not one with way too many effects, but one with a good story behind it :)

Wow! This is simply a beautiful AMV. The emotions it holds are beyond powerful. The music, the images and the message it delivers fit so well together. I sincerely believe this deserves to be called a masterpiece.

The Book of Genesis.... God creates the world, appoints man as his regent, man disobeys and God destroys the world. As the new world is born God appoints one man to lead it to salvation.
In terms of this AMV, if you believe it's following that concept....she is salvation. But you could view it other ways, like she is the symbol of a new rebirth.
Or maybe other people watch and see it another way, it's up to you to draw your own conclusion.
TheBestAMVsOfAllTime hahahah! Our Salvation? Nonsense!war may cause millions of death. But she just wipeout a billions souls. There many more good people then just ones in conflict.

I loved this AMV. The message was beautifully delivered, the timing was smooth, and it really made me think. I actually cried the first time I watched this, and I don't cry often.

I believe that this is foreshadowing the fate of the world if we continue to wage wars against each other. In the end we will probably all just destroy everything and everyone if we continue to fight.
