One of the best resources for intermediate Japanese learners, keep it up I pick up so many useful words and grammar points that people actually use in a daily conversation. Edit: I actually attended the races you mentioned at 8:47 , I talked about it with my friend yesterday. It's so much fun!!

Super cool place, but the police ended up shutting it down so we moved it to somewhere closer to Zushi! Definitley worth a visit, and I'm saying this as a person who is really not interested in cars!

I'm very interested in the Tokyo Loop Racers, so thanks for the chat about them as well as for the video link (which I went to watch intently). I wanted to go see the loop racers the last time I was in Japan, but missed the chance so I will definitely go next time (probably next summer). There were also many hilarious parts in this video, like Ken-san wearing the sunglasses and Yusuke-san teasing Ken-san about his sandals, plus when Ken-san said he wasn't a kawaii girl!!! I was dead!!!! And also the tone he used when he said "zenzen" about looking like a celebrity. Anyway, hilarious! Thank you, keep up the good work.

It seems that ordinary people were going about their business and just happened to see all the amazing cars and drivers. Didn’t the video mention a viewing platform? こんにちは！ I was not thinking about the audience. There is no particular deep reason. I am an office worker, so I speak in honorifics every day. Well... but I don't use honorifics for my mother. In my opinion, it is a child who cannot use honorifics even though he/she is Japanese. And my way of speaking is that of a typical Tokyo businessperson, so I would like you guys to refer to my adult way of speaking.

作業 means the action in the middle of working. It focuses on "the actions" at work. It's often used when the work is monotonous and repetitive. It does NOT necessarily mean income-generating acts. 働く is all about working. It means primarily income-generating acts.

I like to see your face to gauge how certain words are pronounced, or at least approximate them. I enjoy your interviews with "Sayuri Saying", that is how I found this channel. :D You and Ken have inspired me to consider creating an English (American) channel to help language learners, however I'm guessing there are already a lot of those types of channels. Although I don't know how many use comprehensible input, (I'm a fan of Stephen Krashen's work)
