Techno is machine like, very robotic, while it can still have groove like house, techno's groove is more focused on the larger arrangement of the track, rising and peaking or rolling, where as house is more commercial in the sense of it having a "drop" or chorus and verse's.

Listen to Ian Pooley he is one of the early house producers . You although listen to Big Love from Pete Heller although a great Housetrack . To much has been lost over time . Modern music production has lost its soul . One Tip look back how they produced in the 80‘s you can learn a lot from that time . Never use Presets build your own sounds understand all the forms of soundsynthesis from Subtractive to additive , from FM synthesis to granular.

I really think you are misunderstanding what house music is. This is closer to techno than it is house music.
I think that's a bit harsh, but I will give you that it's very trancey house. What defines house music for you?
