The rice and beans is called "Waakye" in Ghana, a very delicious meal you can get on the streets.

Your loss. For every Ghanaian cuisine and restaurant that serves the swallows like Fufuo, Banku and TZ there is always grinded pepper / chilli for people who like it in excess. We are mindful of all people who eat our meals so, we keep the chilli on request.

      It’s not watery dear
That’s what we call soup in Ghana. And it looks very well cooked. I’m a pure Ghanaian

The guy’s food is one of our most popular meals in Ghana and it’s called Waakye.
And yeah you pronounced the banku very well😊😊.
Sorry there wasn’t enough heat in your food. Here in Ghana sometimes you can request for some extra heat ( ginger and pepper). I love my soups extra spicy 🥵 too.
All the three foods are just 😋😋😋😋
Thank you for showcasing our food🤗🤗
