I've tried menstrual pain relief yoga before but it wasn't like this at all 😂 this was too much

@@honeymanu10 it did, but it was more of overall relaxing and relieving muscle pain (specifically the back)
@@Shakira98 i would say it works for mild pain but more so muscle pain, i don't think it would work for severe cramps

As I was crying silently in my room about my cramps I attempted to do actually these type stretches during but not this exact video. My lazy ass thought it would be easy but I WAS SO WRONG. The moment I started I felt sharp pains in my back but mainly in my legs. The pain was so much I totally forgot about my period cramps for a couple hours. Guess it kinda worked lmao.
Try some ginger tea or green tea it might help..
Never tried ginger tea but green definitely helped me with my cramps. Does ginger tea taste good?
Eat Lil carom seeds it ease cramp
@@athinamays8322 yes I like the taste and fragrance of ginger tea, add a tea spoon of honey if you like your tea sweet. Hopefully it will reduce cramps and you will like it..

I've watched many yoga pose videos for menstrual pain. I've tried all that out when I'm on my periods then I pick out the poses that actually worked for me. It really helps your lower body muscles n organ to put in ease while focusing on the posture as well as our breathing.
First off this had me dyingggg this was so funny and secondly Seung Woo's tattoos are fireeee

I can admit that menstrual poses that worked for me was the child's pose that you do in yoga. That pose was really helpful for me whenever I'm having cramps. I can understand why these poses shown wouldn't work for someone flexible; who would want to do all of that going through period symptoms?😭

Not flexible at all. I’m amazed that HeeJae could do those poses 👍🏼😄. I also loved the captions in the video- they made it so much funnier- “Seungwoo was chose as the sacrifice” and “Byungeun is in pain after trying something weird” 😂😂😂
