Wrong on all counts. This guy follows a very strict routine, because he is obsessed with living very long. Majority of us would be miserable and living zombie-life lives like this. He probably finds the upmost happiness from the cracks in between. The fact is, no human was designed to live to be 200. Living healthy is wonderful but aging is also a wonderful thing that people should properly embrace rather than fight against, aside from living healthy. Living a shorter yet quality of living is far superior to being a full time zombie that has his obsession with finding unnatural levels of youth in ways which no human was designed to explore or experience at his age. He is just another lunatic rich dude that overspends on gaining his youth in unnatural ways. Eat well, exercise and that is all that you need. Majority of his viewers aren’t rich, therefore majority of his information is useless. I don’t say this to hate, but I am being objective and so many people cannot handle the truth.

@@victoria.xseven7913 Thanks. Interestingly, plastics are used in almost all industries. I think about opening plastic jars of nut butters from Trader Joes. I must shave little tiny bits of plastics when I undo the top. My vegees, fruit, nuts, seeds, meats all come in plastic and styrofoam. I have carpeting, 16 years old, made from PET plastic. 100% plastic. It kicks around everywhere. Laminate flooring has plastics. Polyester sheds. In and out of our cars with plastic based materials. Vegan shoes are plastic based. I have researched what industries are doing to people for 52 years. I am horrified thinking about all the diseases and their origin. We must be very proactive in our approach to our buying decisions. Stay with it. Do not get discouraged.

Some of us still struggling to keep consistent. Everyone has their personal struggles whether it be mental or physical. Thank you for helping guide us even if it’s in a small way. Personally I’ve shared my experience with two close friends in desperate need and it’s impacted them in a way I would have never thought. I believe that improving mitochondrial health has saved them from chronic disease and pain. I’m undeserving but surprised by the gratitude and loyalty as a result of my caring for their health. Powerful stuff.

I started taking skin care pills with biotin calcium vitamin a and zinc and my skin became very clean no more pimples on my back. since i watch your videos i care more about my physicial and mental health.

Bryan is a bit younger than I am by months but many years of my adult life I have practiced much of what he does. People think I’m around 20 years younger than I am at all times. I also feel that young and live that young. I got lucky and when I was 24 years old I read an article in popular science written by a Cambridge university professor who proposed all of these concepts THEN. So I think that sort of programmed my mind and awareness and basically by the time I hit 30 I began looking and feeling younger ever since. So it works. Bryan is just out there finding scientific data to back it all up. 🥰🧚🏻♀️

Can you make a video on your daily life while you're working for Blueprint? It would be interesting to see how you balance your productive work and healthy lifestyle on a day to day basis.
Bryan strikes me as a very kind person. I think what comes through is a sort of universal love. That he solved his own depression in the healthiest way, albeit extreme way, is inspiring. And I think what shakes out of this hard core experiment is a sort of calm, ethical wisdom for his fellow man. Bryan has been on my radar long before the documentary, probably because I take a lot of supplements. It’s my one good, unbreakable habit. While I think “Don’t die” is an odd aspiration for a mortal, I think what he’s actually saying is, “Live, really live.” When you’re depressed, you're trapped by your own pulse. His life is the opposite of that and I think he wants to share that with everyone.
While Mormonism did not work for him, if you’ve ever lived around Mormons, you know how nice they are, what good neighbors they make (in my experience). I’m sure that faith based upbringing shaped him, along with his mission work. Clearly, he’s such a loving father. I appreciate the crazy, extreme work he’s doing. This is starting a movement and hopefully working to shift our social norms. Thank you, Bryan.

It is just crazy that Doctors do not get nutrition training in Medical schools.
Every doctor visit should include some nutrition discussion. The majority of the population is over weight or obese leading to high blood pressure, heart disease and cancer. Schools and hospital cafeterias should be leading the way to good health by setting the example of what is a healthy meal and teaching people what to eat and why.. Every person in the hospital for heart disease should have a nutrition class before being checked out from the hospital with follow up education and training in nutrition. Medicare and Medicaid should require patient nutrition education as part of their standard of care. Nutrition information should be run on the hospital TV channel. Prevention needs to be emphasized to every patient. After the fact pills and surgery don't deal with the ROOT CAUSE.

We had someone making a documentary on microplastics in people's bodies and what he found is that getting rid of plastic products really made a difference. One family used only Glas bottles, Glas containers, had a lot of plants, lived in nature, always repackaged food from plastic into glass or metal, washing food before eating it, natural clothing and their results including that of their children was so much better.
Including laundry detergent. Fabric softener is very unhealthy.

So everything that's made from plastic - look for an alternative. The most difficult thing for me is carpets and wall paint. I don't want to completely sacrifice comfort and beauty.
Bryan actually inspired me to maybe donate plasma again. Here it's looked down on, but that might be a way to clean your blood and good air filters.
Maybe Kathy lives in a high pollution area and she needs more air filters in her house. Who knows.... Hopefully she does soon.

Microplastics and heavy metals can be removed by things such as infrared sauna, Quercetin, Sulphorafane, Curcumin, Glutathione and NAC.

I am thrilled for the idea of Don’t Die Chapters to meet-up around the world and hike.
"You are not your thoughts." is actually deeply profound on many levels. I came to the same conclusion years ago during a mushroom trip. I took 6 grams and meditated in silent darkness with the mantra running through my mind for hours - 'who is asking this question?' Eventually, the ego gave way and I realized I was just the witness to the being I used to call 'myself'. I think Blueprint should lean more heavily on psychedelics in the protocol. Maybe partner with MAPS or similar groups. Once people understand the 'why' the 'how' becomes much easier.

"You are not your thoughts" a great statement.
Really makes you think.
It is good to inspect our relationship to our thoughts, to the mind.
You are merely witnessing mind forms, but you are not generating the thoughts, although it may seem that you are. When you spontaneously speak, are you thinking everything before you say it? No, it just flows out and can even be a surprise to us as to what comes out (Like, wow, I didnt even know I knew that). Thinking is autonomous (like breathing and the heart beat), as in, it goes on without us. An example? Dreams. Another example, meditation, if you meditate for long enough and go deep enough, you will be able to see the mind manifesting itself while you just stay in the witness position and let thoughts go by without attaching to them and becoming involved in their content, you simply observe thoughts arise, and watch them morph into another thought, and another, like an infinitely branching fractal. So it will become clear, you are not your mind, and you are not generating thoughts, you are in the position to observe / witness the mind, as conscious awareness. THIS is our True Identity - Consciousness Itself, we are not only conscious, We Are Consciousness Itself. This is a profoundly important thing to become aware of.
Dont believe the lies of the mind, dont invest yourself in what it has to say. By learning to meditate to become more and more able to stay in the impartial witness position, and slowly but surely, thoughts will begin to lose their power over you and you will experience a feeling of great relief and start to feel lighter and unburdened by the minds incessant negative content, it will subside and become very faint, like a muscle wasting away from non-use. And you will become aware of its nature and know what to do, if it starts chatting bullshit. Dont hate, meditate! Even so-called "good thoughts" arent necessary and are just more of the same bullshit, simply standing back from thinking and merely witnessing the mind as an independent process is enough, this is the liberating process.
Then you come to rest in Being, the simplicity of Being is enjoyed. Have you ever observed the peacefulness of a cat purring in the sun and wished for similar contentedness? This is how, to exist without being in a state of dilemma, like there is a constant problem to fix. There is no problem, it is all in the mind. Existence itself is perfect, it is us that is preoccupied and missing the persistent gift of Being Itself.
Stay with the practice, and this will bring real and lasting relief and peace.

The thing I'm mostly critical about is when you say "...everything is veryfiable, so you don't have to trust us" - We do have to trust "you", you who veryfied that what your saying and experimenting with, is true. Thanks for mentioning at 50:40 you want us "...to be our best selves, the planet to survive, the species to survive...". Which is just as important since wellness will become increasingly impossible while living on a dying planet. (It's happening fast - see Daniel Schmachtenberger for material on existential threats likely to occur within our lifetimes).
I wonder if there's room in the future for you to provide input on a plausible direction for creating a healthy planet as well. Global economic and ecological pressures will provide increasing incentives for citizens to find an easy transition to a new lifestyle model designed to optimize personal health metrics (social, spiritual, physical, environmental, sexual, financial, occupational, and mental).
I'm at the stage where I'm ready for no-prep veneers. I've had my Biocomp test done so I know what dental materials I'm allergic to and would love to know who did yours! You look great!

My advice from experience:
-It's not normal to feel bad after eating certain stuff, might not be inmediate, might not be pain but stuff like skin issues, might even be the way is cooked or stored, some raw vegetables or nuts need cooking or leave them in water for a few hours. Find what's harms you. It's more noticeable as you get older and the body takes longer to recover.
-Avoid at all cost alcohol/seed oils. Try to avoid harmful additives, sugar, flour based stuff.
-Move your body, your body loves to move, even if is just walking fast, don't stay at the computer for hours seated.
-Drink mineral water. Juices and soda rots your teeth.

Daily exercise is key to as healthy life. Ride a bicycle to school, work or for fun.
Riding a bicycle is a great way to exercise. Ebikes are bringing many older adults back to cycling.
Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan. Be healthier and happier. Ride a bicycle regularly.
Make a bicycle your transportation option for short distance travel.
My old neighbor's stepson made a (kind of) living off of selling his Plasma Bryan, I really hope you and your team find a way to utilize your plasma in a better way, than just disposing of it. It has multiple uses from what I just looked up. Ah and what would be cool would actually be a book about all biomarkers. You know like an anatomy book and how to improve it etc. I am already thinking about printing out all information that I find because it's in so many different places and it's difficult to not loose track on what is what and what to do.

I've been researching micro plastics and how they get brought into the body. I've been testing some theories I've read about. Interestingly enough...one of the most absorbent places on the body is in our genitalia zones.
Micro plastics are found in more than just water and food. Clothing apparently is something to pay attention too as well. Primarily synthetic material such as polyester and nylon are higher in micro plastics content. These materials are higher conductors of static electricity that our bodies will also absorb. If you understand why grounding is necessary for electrical systems, you'll know why it's bad if static is stored in the human body at higher loads without a place for it to dissipate. A lot of gym clothes, undergarments and sun protection clothing uses these materials.
I'm sure you've gathered the concern putting the two together but this isn't a good combination. Micro plastics in undergarments are found and used in the body's high absorption areas. Wearing these materials in this area essentially means feeding it plastics and static electricity.
A simple test for males to see how things change if you don't use these materials, is to wear 100% cotton pajamas or undergarments while sleeping (Organic cotton if possible). If you're able to go in the buff with all cotton sheets, even better (excluding grounding sheets). After about a week, for some maybe even sooner. You'll notice a difference in your morning erect state. Daily almost in fact and would be surprised if this didn't affect density and duration of time erect (haven't used the device Bryan has). As better blood flow from lack of static electricity allows each cell more range and speed over the grouping in the area. I don't know if this is just a static electricity or micro plastics reduction benefit. Although the difference is apparent. Try and see how it goes!

I started following Bryan a few months ago when I watched him in some podcast...and in time I built the will to follow and even compete with him as I believed we are similar in age...and a few days ago I checked when he was born and we are born on the same day. So the race became even more serious. I know I will probably lose, but I will try my best. He inspires me to try to be better.
