This is NOT Islam, this is their own fringe interpretation and forcing one owns cultural ideology (mainly Pashtun) onto the poor womenfolk in that country. This will only push people away from Islam, Iran is that very example. Iranians don’t have a good understanding of Islam because their authoritarian government have pushed their own ideology onto the nation, so that’s why you will find many Iranian ex-Muslims and anti Islam rhetoric from Iranians. Why don’t the Taliban give the women the option to either live abroad or if they want to follow these UnIslamic orthodox new laws, they can stay. Sounds like the Taliban don’t like the womenfolk and favour the men so much (which is also unIslamic), they might as well marry each other and leave the women alone. They might be in for a shock when they suddenly see a spike in homosexuality rising and the youth watching porn, also a rise in men keeping young boys to dance like before, which will result in peod’s. They already had a very sick weird tradition of young feminine boys dancing at male gatherings, and many were dressed as girls or very feminine looking. This practice is also popular in Pakistan, possibly it’s a very sick Pashtun tradition then. Remember when China had the one child policy and the Chinese men favoured boys over girls, so they got rid of girl foetuses and then there was an unbalance in population, where they have more men than women. This brings shame to the country, everyone was waiting for the prosperity of their nation and now it looks like they are moving backwards. The Taliban are favouring their Pashtun culture over other tribal traditions so that alone is very unIslamic, showing nationalism over Islam. The first university was founded by a Muslim woman. The University of Al-Karaouine in Fez, Morocco is the world's oldest university, founded in 859 AD by Fatima al-Fihri. It was originally a mosque that became a center of learning and spirituality during the Islamic Golden Age. The Taliban can’t start crying when they take their pregnant wives to the doctors and are faced with only male doctors, only male teachers and only male pharmacists, nurses, businesses shops etc. How do they expect the women to live a comfortable life when they are faced with male dominance in every aspect of their life, from home, school, shops, hospitals etc. They are actually creating more problems for themselves as they haven’t thought this through properly. We are no longer living in an age where information is limited. Information is at your fingertips so if they think they can stop the youth, then take a look at what the youth (especially the students) in Bangladesh achieved. Imagine being told how to live your life by these men. Why can’t the women just follow the Qur’an and Sunnah, without these old Pashtun patriarchal cultures, where it ONLY serves the men in society, which goes totally against Islamic teachings.
Yes, you said it right…”the illegal western invasion of Afghanistan”. Alhamdulillah, they failed. Now Afghanistan is peaceful and recovering alhamdulillah.

Afghanistan became a heaven for Pashtuns only 3 years ago. Muslim Uzbeks, Tajiks, and Hazaras are sidelined by the un-elected regime and face discrimination daily. Schools and universities are closed and people don`t know to whom they must complain.
We Afghans are brothers with each other. No one can split and separate us. The present perfect peace in Afghanistan is the obvious signs of unity and brotherhood. We hate nationalism which is prohibited by Islam. Allah created diffy tribes, clan, nations, languages and colors for introduction and identity. In Islam no superiority and inferiority except the Taqwa who is more obedient to Allah Almighty so he is the best in Islam. All Islamics schools and universities are opened for women and work is ongoing on the modern education which will be solved shortly. Don't try to tell a lie and don't throw sand to the people eyes. As a Muslim I find it difficult to understand why people can’t differentiate between Islam and culture. Islam allows women to work, to own a business, to receive education, the right to own, purchase and sell property, the right to inheritance, the right To choose their partner and the right to divorce him. I urge the Afghans, follow Islam and if your culture is compatible with Islam then keep it but if it’s in conflict with the teachings of Islam then get rid of it because when you oppress women the wider world associated that with Islam.

very interesting pod cast. first I would like to congratulate brother Dilly Hussein, on his tremendous and successful visit to Afghanistan. believe it or not the way contemporary muslims practice Islam ( at there minimum state of Iman), this is very obvious that Taliban will look very radical and extreme. I don't blame our mulsim brother living in western countries. being an Afghan, I really appreciate that my muslim brother from Western country goes there and visit the country with all the hardship had in the past and still optimistic about it. there is pros and cons in Taliban ruling but generally speaking they need support on threir deficiency from muslim voices and deep understanding of Afghan culture which make things deferent when comes to interpretation of Islam. just not mix the culture with the interpretation of Islam and also do not mix your culture ( western or any other ) as a true representative of Islam which is nowadays called moderate islam. والله اعلم
Thanks for the interview and your feedback, it was balanced based on your visit and experience. I however would like to point out a few things: 1 - Distance between Kabul & Kandahar is about 500 KM. So, when the highway is done it will probably take around 5 hours driving time between these 2 cities. You mentioned 2-3 hours, maybe if you have a high speed exotics car and the new highway is built with no speed limit! :) I doubt that will be the case though. 2 - I was in Afghanistan a few weeks ago, travelled to Kandahar, Herat, Kabul, Jalalabad, Kunar & Panjshir. The overwhelming majority of city people in these provinces are for girls education and are very upset with the schools closure. Taliban are currently focused on creating more and more religious schools. While religion education is essential, Afghanistan also needs doctors, engineers, IT specialists, governance specialists, etc. Standard schools are essential for Afghanistan for both men and women. There is no getting around this because my interpretation of Islam is different from yours. 3 - The primary concern most Afghans have, Taliban were trained in religious schools in Pakistan which were created, funded and lead by mostly ISI linked people. Pakistan's ISI & Army (not ordinary people) are sworn enemies to Afghanistan. Taliban being initiated in Pakistan, funded and trained by such entities cannot be trusted to have best interest of Afghanistan in heart. These were my observations based on my travels and experience.
Taliban haters are burning and not acknowledging the peace, reduction in violence overall, and also against women, and yes, people are poor and its not only Afghanistan, economic situation is bad throughout the globe. In case of Afghanistan its an imposed economic crisis from the west but Afghans know that freedom comes with a price.🎉🎉🎉
THE ONLY REASON THERE IS PEACE IN AFGHANISTAN IS BECAUSE THE TALIBAN STOPPED SENDING SUICIDE BOMBERS AND STOPPED KIDNAPPING PEOPLE THEY WERE LITERALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSTANT CONFLICT AND DEATH FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS. THE TALIBAN IS NO BETTER THAN THE AMERICANS ALL THEY DID WAS TO KILL AND DESTORY. LOOK AT THESE HYPOCRITES MORE FACTS: Woman and girls cant go to School or university, they are not allowed anymore to speak or make noise in the streets. That’s literally the new law the taliban has installed. The only reason the Taliban destroyed the poppy fields was so they could crank up the prices of their stash of opium and sell it for a bigger price! These people are no different than the previous government, they all have a ethnic and political agenda! NOTHING HOLY OR GODLY ABOUT THEM.
As an Afghan, I can tell you this: My family there is so grateful that the war has ended, and they can finally live in peace, Alhamdulillah. The whole country now desperately needs a thriving economy and a functioning logistics system so that people can finally reconnect with the family members they've been separated from by the war. Education is important, and one day the situation with schools will improve, but objectively, I wouldn’t prioritize it over keeping people alive and fed. It’s surprising that so many of you consider it the number one priority. We need to give them time. What often isn’t mentioned in the West is that the Taliban have largely put an end to crime and corruption. After more than 50 years of conflict, at least people can now live in peace.
To answer the question of whether Afghanistan is safe under the rule of the Taliban or whether basic human freedoms exist in it or not, the answer to this question depends on who you are. If you are a foreign tourist, especially from the countries Whether you are a Westerner such as America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or any other foreign country, you want to travel to Afghanistan. Yes, Afghanistan under the rule of the Taliban is safe and free for you for the first two reasons: the Taliban need to be recognized by the world for the long-term survival of their rule, especially western countries have, and for this reason they try to show a good and beautiful face of their sovereignty with good behavior and humane behavior with Jahangandar Kharji, and for this reason they treat the citizens of these countries well, but if you are from the people of Afghanistan, especially from the ethnic groups Non-Pashtuns of Afghanistan, such as Tajiks, Hazaras, and Wazbeks, especially if you are of the Hazara ethnicity, even if you come from abroad and are citizens of other countries, then the Taliban's behavior towards you is completely different, based on discrimination, humiliation, and a completely racist and severe discrimination. It will be annoying, but because of the fear of the Taliban and their revenge, people can't tell the truth in front of cameras or with foreign tourists, and that's why they always censor themselves and even praise the Taliban and say things out of fear. that the Taliban want

Excellent peace and prosperity in Afghanistan under the Islamic Sharia law.
As an ordinary Afghan, I am ready to join your podcast to provide the ground realities of Afghanistan.
We are eyes witness here in Afghanistan and better than anyone else.
@@NoorBadshah-MuslimVoice-786 One of the main qualities of being a momen is not hiding the truths and listening to the greviances of the people. Now adays many people are migrating not only due to economic problem, but due to lack of education for their girls who aspired to be a doctor and serve their country. Is this a sin in Islam? No. Day by day people are getting terrified by the new limitations that are being imposed on them by someone who has been invisible since taking the power. Was Umar, Osman or Ali like this? Not at all. Lets open our eyes and stand on the right side of the history! Taliban Anti-Education minister Nadim threatened the journalists and ordinary people not to ask them questiona about education. Would Umar and Osman or prophet Muhammad (PBUH) do that? Not at all! As a Muslim I find it difficult to understand why people can’t differentiate between Islam and culture.
Islam allows women to work, to own a business, to receive education, the right to own, purchase and sell property, the right to inheritance, the right
To choose their partner and the right to divorce him.
I urge the Afghans, follow Islam and if your culture is compatible with Islam then keep it but if it’s in conflict with the teachings of Islam then get rid of it because when you oppress women the wider world associated that with Islam.

They should keep at least some secular subjects open. Would they not want female Doctors, Gynacologists, midwives, nurses to at least take care of their womenfolk, children and the elderly. There is a reason why this interpretation is making the rest of the Islamic world a bit uncomfortable because its too rigid. We are supposed to be a balanced nation.
@@Mindful0093Don’t your dare mention the Bengali people. The Bangladeshi managed to overthrow their authoritarian dictator because she was placing too many restrictions on the population and not allowing freedom, so stay in your lane.

first I would like to congratulate brother Dilly Hussein, on his tremendous and successful visit to Afghanistan.
believe it or not the way contemporary muslims practice Islam ( at there minimum state of Iman), this is very obvious that Taliban will look very radical and extreme.
والله اعلم
I am Muslim I proud to have a Islamic Imarat government ❤
Thanks for the interview and your feedback, it was balanced based on your visit and experience. I however would like to point out a few things:
1 - Distance between Kabul & Kandahar is about 500 KM.
Thank you for this.
Taliban haters are burning and not acknowledging the peace, reduction in violence overall, and also against women, and yes, people are poor and its not only Afghanistan, economic situation is bad throughout the globe. Woman and girls cant go to School or university, they are not allowed anymore to speak or make noise in the streets.
