Not sure the arthritis is not the result of dietary deficiency from your diet. The IBD is often the result of food intolerance or allergies. Allergies can cause swelling. Can cause your bones to be weak and break easy.

You need to try the carnivore diet. I had UC for 2 years and some joint pain. 30 days and I am fixed.
