How to make Yogurt Walnuts Banana Bread?
This version of Banana Bread is so moist, soft and easy to prepare.
I made it more special using our homemade yogurt. I will leave the link below on how to make yogurt. If your a yogurt lover, you will definitely want to learn it!
Here’s another lockdown recipe for you to try at home!
📝RECIPE:
DRY INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
WET INGREDIENTS
340g (5 medium) over riped bananas
1/2 cup brown sugat
1 1/2 tbs white sugar
1/3 cup yogurt
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 tbs vegtable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract (*missed this one in the video haha)
1 cup Walnuts
