    Hi! Me again lol first of all thank you for showing me i can in fact do this.
    I have two questions please
    1..i have a candy thermometer. Is this as good as the one you have?
    2.is there a way to create a "white" chocolate? ( I use it to make colors for design)

      Hi dear, yes, you can use candy thermometer but make sure it doesn't touch the bottom of your saucepan. You need to measure chocolate temp but not the temperature of the pot :)))
