Gold rush or gold mining simulator as it is called now are getting a new dlc this month and a dlc later this year. Would be cool if you made a video with it, loved the old gold rush series you did

1 hardstone brick is the weight of 10 harstone ore so if the build sign says requires 40 hardstone blocks that means it only requires 4
You can actually adjust the weight of the hardstone produced via the logic keypad by attaching it to the hardstone refiner's logic port and setting it. You don't have to keep the keypad attached, refiner will save the setting. Got mine set to 250 weight per brick and it'll accept bricks in the top so you can feed them back into the refiner.

I actually didnt even know, I thought the game was bugged when it didn't take my gold, I forgot I turned on creative for buy the hourglass so you guys didn't have to deal with dark recordings. Will mention it next episode :P

FYI. The manual sorter side output is half way on the edge of a block. The straight output is 1/3 - 3/8 of the block.
Best thing to do is drop one item and find the sweet spot before dropping in a bucket full
I think in the demo, or at least the early access, building is broken. As long as you have some or at least a little of each resource, it thinks the order is complete.
And the ticket office, if you look through your footage, you'll see the boat you got on had a drawer under the lever. Eventually you'll have to pay for tickets to get to Mots Island.

For the hand-sorter if you place 2 foundation blocks in front of where that specific ore comes out and place a pan right on the line in the middle it'll land right in it
What if you put hand sorters in a step formation, each filtering something else? (Top one outputs gold, excess feeds into another that has iron, so on and so forth)
That should form a semi-automated filtering system. It would be quite tall though
That's how I sort my lines in mindustry
This is what I setup for my starter mine, i used foundations to make tiered system and dump my pans from the top, it works but its quite messy as the hand sorter likes to throw stuff way out.
I'm sure someone else has mentioned it, but you can set the value of the hardstone blocks using a logic keypad.
As for why you'd want another claim than waterside? It's the furthest claim from the logic store, I think.

I was very confused the way you jumped into this as though you had been playing it recently. Checked through your vids and the last time you played was 4 years ago! A little intro back to the game would go a long way.
if you put a logic key pad on your hard stone you can set the stack value also build the furnace in to the ground put floor piece over it works the same but you'll have a flat surface the hand sorters throw a full block length so if you center your pan on the line you'll catch everything

Drae you can combine different bars into one item with the anvil instead of using one bar so you get more money
You can type a number in the hard stone brick maker things keypad that you can set the desired amount of hard stone and what ever number you put in like 100 the brick would be worth that. It is very simple when you go over to the machine and you can figure it out. Hopefully.

Drae are you able to perhaps take some of the refining machines into town and connect them to the lava in the center and make your jewelry and weapons in the town to save travel times?
drae you have to put the filters in the income pipe that pumps water, there are slots for 4 filters, that would be the reason why you have to keep buying wrenches ha ha
Edit: nevermind i myself am worse, but on the off chance he looks, look in the replys drae it might help[ i wouldnt know ha ha
The slots are for the things that increase pressure. I don’t think the Filters go on that. You still need 5 to fully clean the lava

Drake the metals don't mix in the melting cauldron you can throw all that in and whatever metal melts first is what's going to make the thing so then you pull out all the nuggets that did not melt pour out the ingots then you can repeat until you have all the ingredients that turn into ingots melted down

Each limestone block counts as a 10, so if you need 100 for example you only need 10 blocks
Drae you should really play volcaniods it’s a game where you have a drill and you can attack other drills to upgrade it and you can have turrets to help you defend, it’s a very fun game and I highly recommend it

you can touch the lava and i dont think things will be lost in the lava sense to start off you need to put things in the lava

12:49 Well that's a bug - only 20 hardstone in the chest but it let you build it?? (as others said, the hardstone compressor lets you adjust the output size so you can set it to make 1 brick of 40 weight)

Get rid of those filters on the pipes ... it run throught the repair kits WAY faster than the mahines by themselves ... had personnal experience with those annoying things
cut the gems then compress them only 1 type can be compressed at a time so to do all of them you will need a compressor for each gem in the game
hey drae, a lil tip for ur setup, try using conveyors, funnels and sorters, it should be way easier. Great video btw

@@monkeytoes1155 when he got the bricks back from building the shop, then I saw the creative table in the shop.
The logic compressor works with cut gems not the uncut gems. So you need a gem cutter for it.

I think it's kinda wasted potential, because it's just the same game again. What they could do is make the lava give resources and made you use snow to cool it down to rocks which then could be refined into resources
after all the shit you went through in the original, you still can't make a working system...😂

This game would be cool but the whole repair thing and how pathetic the boosting crystals are makes this game unfun.
The crystals reset pipe pressure to that of the intake pipe, setting it right after the intake like so many youtubers do does literally nothing. Also an auto repair system is incredibly simple to make
You have a broken version of the game for sure. Ive see others play it and they definitely donthave theluck you have
They should optimize the lag when you pickup so many gems at once. Kind of nuts at times
