Yes, Max did one hell of a job, but we should not forget Alex who, on Sundays, consistently delivers as well. Sadly Alex has yet to get on that podium, but he has a true racers heart, his overtaking moves are on par with Max in my views. We'll see Alex grow into a quality racer for sure.

Well done Max and for Alex, consider this is only his 2nd year in F1 and we can see him getting a lot better with his new race engineer, he got 2nd in Q1 as well, in the race he was as fast as Max in lap times so if he can manage his qualifying issues then he will be fighting the Mercedes with Max.

Obviously he isnt anywhere near Max's level.. but who is? none of the guys we mentioned are on Max's level, the only one who is at this moment is Lewis. One might say Charles is, but he was in the second best car last seasons and Max still beat him in the championship standings, but granted, of those, he is the closest to Max's level right now, but not just there yet.
