Your channel is evolving. Loving the new style and semi tutorial. Stay true to the wheelies and group rides too please. You deserve 1m subscribers for your effort, content and quality. Favourite youtuber at the moment.
Appreciate it. 80/20. 80% wheelies and rides, 20% these type of videos. Trying to keep these to the point without dragging them out into a long boring tutorial. Just helps keep y’all updated on my bikes and if it helps a couple of people with ideas on their bikes, that’s awesome too. Thanks for watching 🤘
I noticed you still have the sidestand switch. I recommend you remove and disable that thing. That way your bike won't die going over bumps or while standing (your heel will push the sidestand down).
love how you even leave in the little things you mess up or forget. makes me feel like I'm not the only one botches things once in a while lol. Great video Eric!
Haha yah as much as I want to pretend I know what I’m doing, usually I’m learning as I go. It triggers some mechanics every now and then but I figured the majority of the people watching these videos are somewhat lost like me 😂🤘
Love your videos!! I’ve been watching ur Grom videos for ever, now I got my self a drz400sm. Where are the drz build videos?? Can’t find them only watched two of them..
hi there @photogromer, saw ur video and need some help please.,unfortunately a drunk driver who irresponsible left my right arm and hand paralyzed few years ago, thank God I’m back on the roads again with my 07 Honda XR650L SUMO and we set everything on the left side of handlebar except the front brake, my front brake caliper it’s a two pistons one, I think the Magura HC1 will do the job, any idea which one I have to order on eBay (there’s plenty different ones) I do have in my bike a pro tapper contour fat bar, there’s some space still next to my grip to install the hc1 but what I’m not sure is which one (need the longest lever one) cause the master will be installed after my clutch sleeve. Not sure if u get what I’m trying to explain. Thanks again and REALLY APPRECIATED 🤙🏼🙏🏻
I’m planning on going a 13T front and a 47t rear would this bring it into a Torque and can I run my OEM chain or should I run a 520L X ring? OEM sprockets are 15t/41T so dropping -2 front +6 rear
By any chance I’ve clicked the like for the front sprocket and I have the exact same bike … it’s stating that the link to the front sprocket won’t fit my drz400sm are you sure that’s the correct link ?
That's a badass DRZ!!! Is there a way to run a hydraulic line from left hand brake to the rear master cylinder to get the same effect? I'll have to check out your other videos..I'm curious about that sick looking exhaust system you have! Thank you for the videos and keep up the good work!
The dudes insta is private so I can't get a price on the bracket.. But so far it seems more expensive this route than just buying the 50stunt kit. But I do like the fact of a bigger rotor, stopping power is the point. Hmm.. decisions lol. Any idea how much that bracket of his is?
If you want to piece it together you’ll save money like buying used masters a calipers on eBay. I personally like jake’s design a lot more than the 50stunt bracket. Send him a follow request and mention me you might get the same discount I got $130ish
Thanks for the fast reply man. That's not a bad price at all.. like I said I like the idea of it as well for more stopping power. Now just gotta find deals on eBay and get a overall price figured up. Great vid man keep it up
I assume you know the rear brake is what saves you from going too far back in a wheelie so won’t explain that but one caliper goes to the foot brake (normal) the other goes to a hand brake under the clutch. Both do the same thing, apply brakes to the rear wheel. The handbrake is really for stand up wheelies or where your feet are not near the rear brake foot pedal so you can keep from looping out. Also, Some people, like me, prefer the handbrake over footbrake in any wheelie. Hopefully that clears up the need for two calipers.
ok but there is a way to just use one caliper tho cause well i know ya know what ur doing but a brake is a brake right. just run a t split with a union and the ya go dont have to waste money on a extra brake caliper saves on wear and tear unless im wrong which i may be but im a mechanic and thats what i wanted to do to my last bike
Sure you could run a junction valve. I’m not a fan of that but yes technically it will work. There are pros and cons to each setup. Junction valves are the cheaper option. Dual caliper setup is cleaner but more expensive. However you have double the rear braking options so if you go down and smash your master open or tear a line you still have a backup dedicated line. Plus you’re not wearing down your pads with normal riding. Saving one for stunting the other for normal riding. But ya some do go the junction valve route I’ve always opted for the dual caliper setup.
Nah there’s a mini ride on Sunday. After seeing what happened to dank last year on Sumo Sunday I’m not trying to look homeless when I roll through TSA later in the day 😂
I’ve seen that p0rno I know how that ends 😂 maybe next year. This year hanging with the grom guys but I’ll be on the main ride Saturday. See ya there 🤘
Not in this video. There will be a dedicated video announcing Stock2Not Season 2 with all the information on that Grom in the future. I am still ironing out some paperwork to determine the best way to transfer the ownership at the end of the build. Also, waiting on a couple of parts and finishing up the new garage for live streaming.
So it took 2 of you to realize you broke the chain too short . plus you put the whole bike weight on the HEADER?! I can tell right away these 2 are rookies at working on bikes . little embarrassing. lol 🤦♂️
You’re the type of person to try to put someone down to make yourself feel better. Shit happens. People can learn from the mistakes I pointed out in the video so I left them in. I can easily edit out any mistake to make it look like we get it right the first time but I like to help people learn not just sit behind a computer and type pointless comments without putting anything out themselves.
I don't even own a DRZ but I love the way you shoot your vids. No over acting and very to the point. Great upload, cheers!
thank you :)

That setup is legit bro. I deff want to get a stunt setup for my cr250 sumo. Great video!
Getting my own dr400sm real soon!

Looks good my dude. Makes me want to get a hand brake setup for mine. Blue lines look sick too.
Hmmm...now you've got me thinking about a hand brake set up on my drz. Dope vid! Stoked to see the sumo wheelies!
Will do, hopefully soon. Got a fresh set of Dunlop q3+ ready to mount.
Teamsnap. That blue brake line looks mint
Short, sweet, and to the point. Nice video man

Not much more done to it to make a dedicated video. Putting on some warp 9 wheels soon
Are you using the stock rear master cylinder?
insane build!
👍 way cool man! I love the drz400!
After that big sprocket install, how fast does the bike go?, or should I say how slow?
Some guys run their oil lines in a diffrent way to prevent oil leaking into the airbox when they wheelie ... do you know anything about that...
I can tell you are just starting to wrench on bikes. Get some pb blaster bro. Makes it so much easier.
Thx
Why did you go for a bigger sprocket on the front ???

I'm trying to find the Brembo p23 calipers is there any link or website that you got them from
Where did you get the sticker kit
Clean edit
thank boo
P.s this this the best drz stunt viedo out here seen it like 6 times just cuss..
Great video!! Do you have the link for the p32 calipers? I can’t seem to find the correct one with the bleeders on top. Thanks!!
Get them off eBay
Who noticed Adam putting the caliper backward ? 😁 @2:57
drz rear suspension has many color spring , are they all the same ?

Why didn’t you use the orange bucket as a stand. That all my Yz250f sits on is a upside down bucket
ya that's why I had it out but just seemed sketchier, I'm just going to get a stand.
That side panel plastic (number plate) is it aftermarket? Ive never seen one like that
You could have put the bucket under as a stand
That's a badass DRZ!!!

$130-$150

No worries yah I just bought piece by piece eBay deals are usually coming and going quick so keep an eye out.
Stand up bar?
Coming soon via @FullMetalStunts :D
Where did you get the plastics for the drz400sm and the graphics kit?
Do you have to do any oil pickup mods or anything?
Great video!!
Is that mineral oil clutch master?
And do you use DOT fluid for that master?
Where did you get your decals?
What bracket is that
instagram.com/manic_machining
ON the rear rotor you used, thats a front SUPERMOTO drz rotor? standard stock size?
correct
heyy im a big fan !! I would like so much to buy a grom bike but no money for this and
continue your video I like it !!! frome Canada
just curious why run 2 calipers
i can show ya a way to use one caliper and save on weight and money unless im missing something

Lets ask some real questions here. Are you going to be Grom-squad or Sumo-squad for SBK?
Grom 🤘
@@Photogromer Well I guess you gotta take the Grom on sumo Sunday then! lol
Nah there’s a mini ride on Sunday. After seeing what happened to dank last year on Sumo Sunday I’m not trying to look homeless when I roll through TSA later in the day 😂
@@Photogromer Hahahahaha but thats half the fun! We have two rooms for Sunday night. Just take a shower in one of ours before you dip.
I’ve seen that p0rno I know how that ends 😂 maybe next year. This year hanging with the grom guys but I’ll be on the main ride Saturday. See ya there 🤘
its a billion times easier when removing sprocket, to hold the allen head still, and loosen the bolt side!
Should I get the drz400 or dr 650? I wanna stunt it any mods I need to do 1st
650 is a completely different bike. Its air cooled and even more dated tech than the 400.
U make me want to get a supermoto
Cheater bar on a 1/4 inch drive ratchet lmao
What’s your top speed with the large sprocket set up?
High 80s
I might try that setup, thanks for the info.
Nice Share!!!
About how much did it cost you just for the handbrake setup?
Paid $160 shipped for just the master (handbrake). eBay.
Rip after outro
Any more info on the grom giveaway? #teamsnap

Anyone looking for some E model wheels? I want to trade for some SMs!!!

“Good job you didn’t mess something up”
Even though we did 😂
Photogromer tells a Gromer to get a real bike, lol, that was funny.
I appreciate you watching until the end :)
cool upgrades. Definitely not a fan of this style video. Its just blah. but im only a peon and i still watch :P
