I'd seen the movie and read the book, but the audiobook has a quality to it that gives me immense joy. I wish more people would use it for videos like these.
Brilliant. Just brilliant. Ive been a big fan of the book, so seeing people make a vid on one of the jokes in the book is great for me. BRITISH HUMOR!!!
Or just all of The Guide's asides! A good one would be when Arthur Dent's words drifted through a wormhole and inadvertently cause a war between two groups.
Go read them, they're an absolute blast! The radio series is fantastic as well if you can get your hands on it, same basic story, but told a bit differently and with a few extra goings-on. Dirk Gently is another series written by the same author, Douglas Adams.
There was, long ago, a deity that descended from the heavens and pronounced the vast superiority of hats. It was from this point forward, that thy should be cast into oblivion if thy were a free consumer.
It is at the least a fantastic excerpt from the book. It might be quoted somewhere in the other works that were done (between tv, radio, and movie), but I'm not sure.
Mr. Prosser was a direct bloodline descendent of Genghis Khan. However, due to the centuries of genetics, he shows no mongolian characteristics other than a fixation over little fur hats.

I wish there was a map based on this... Living at Point D would be a dream come true
For some reason i could totally imagine Point C, D and E to be colored purple as a common area for the people from Point A and B.
There was, long ago, a deity that descended from the heavens and pronounced the vast superiority of hats. It was from this point forward, that thy should be cast into oblivion if thy were a free consumer.
i ended up learning FAR more about MR.Posso and his wife then bypasses
Oh HGTTG, you complete me.
The reason why Mr. Prosser likes axes is because he is a direct descendant of Genghis Khan, and by chance he inherited his bloodlust.
The best thing ever
Ah, I see. Thanks for the reply, member of the scout crew :)
This actually sounds like something from the radio show, actually.
The one dislike on this was probably the guy at point C.
I love this so much. Subbed.

Mr. Prosser was a direct bloodline descendent of Genghis Khan. However, due to the centuries of genetics, he shows no mongolian characteristics other than a fixation over little fur hats.
