Me coming across this video preparing to decorate one of my resin trinket boxes having internal panic bc I have zero piping experience and you make this look so easy and beautiful and I know I’m about to wreck my box in no time. 😰
idk if you have done it already but! have a paper to do some practice swirls/piping-- it'll make it easier if you do about 5 per piping design. The muscle memory will kick in when you actually decorate the box

Have you ever used a bright saturated red, for example, we added a lot of acrylic and the paste turned out rich, but when we squeezed out the cream it flowed and did not hold its shape🙂↕️

hi! im trying this out but i find that my spackling crumbles after drying, leaving patchy bits on my boxes :( is there a way to combat this/take care of the boxes such that it doesnt crumble/leave dust on my hands when i touch them?
I want to do it, but I have the same concern. Is it there a solution or a way to prevent it??
I read somewhere that you can "seal" them but I can't figure out with what product, I have the same worry
Try sealing the whole thing with a thick coat of clear glue or mod podge

It was 🥲, but if you add more paint into the spackle, it’ll become slightly smoother

Quick question. So i tried making these thw other day, but the spackle is like very easy to break off. I jad added water to make it more spreadable when it got hard. But how do you keep your from breaking easy? Cause mine feel really fragile.
