Also, if you notice, she brings the host, Christine, to tears a few times throughout the program. And the final concert in the forest is so stunning. And watching you smile while watching the show is lovely as well. You have a contagious smile. And one of the things I love about Aurora is that she's always down for just about anything. A friend of mine just interviewed her in Portugal despite his podcast not having a lot of views. He didn't think he would get the interview, but Aurora loves doing interviews despite how popular they might be. She's a true gem.
7 years ago Aurora put a lasso around my heart and seriously in all my 68 years no one has moved my emotions like this amazing artist,I’ve had the privilege of seeing her live 3 times and honestly I’ve seen scores of artists over the years and of course many were amazing but as an all round performer Aurora was at a different level, I’m so blessed to have her music in my life she simply is the essence of what the art of music should be all about she becomes an instrument that channels the medicine of love to us all.Genius ❤️
I've watched many reactions to this, and this one might be my favorite! Great reaction and thoughtful discussion. You picked up on a lot of details that other reactors miss on the first watch, and that was very cool. I'm glad that you talked a bit about her parents at the end. It's actually pretty amazing that she was nurtured in such a way to turn out the way she did, because most parents would have certainly tried to "fix" her. I'm really glad that they were a part of the concert footage, because that was like the cherry on top, having them be part of this celebration.
You took the words right out of my mouth....I've watched this many times and this is by far the best reaction, his mind and soul were definitely teleported to that forest for a brief moment, glad I got another excuse to watch this again!
What a treat, such a special reaction to this awesome documentary. Yes, that was definitely Ane Brun in the audience standing next to Christine the host. I must agree, I love this little human like family, even if that is weird, lol. I am so glad you are open minded regarding music because you are a fantastic reactor, thanks for sharing your somewhat emotional experience to the wonderful video.
I honestly don't know how many times I've seen this HAIK documentary but it moves me every time. Feel so blessed to have been able to watch it again for the 'first time' with you, I always knew you'd "get it". Keep being you :)
wonderful to have a good reason to watch & listen the haik (hike) again. thank you. and yes, 'infections of a different kind' is one of the greatest songs of aurora. has also a nice backstory. aurora is still so underrated. but the music business is crazy as f*ck.
I knew this would be an awesome reaction, thanks❤️ I’ve watched this documentary + concert so many times I can’t even count, and I’m still sitting with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes❤️🦋 I absolutely agree, she looks like her dad❤️ They’ve done this with other Norwegian artists, not as awesome as Aurora of course lol The choir “Laudes” is the men's choir at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Bergen (Aurora’s hometown and the city this was filmed in, the concert was filmed in Bjørnafjorden (Os) not far from her parents home and where Aurora grew up)❤️🥰🦋
Oh! Here we go! This is one of my favorite ways to watch people get acquainted with her personality, and what she stands for as an artist. This is my favorite performance of Warrior, and I honestly can't even imagine being one of those girls that she sings to. I love that you see Aurora as a person in this program, and you see what her fans have to say about her in a very genuine way. And I really want to see the full reactions to the other 4 albums, starting from the beginning. I'd love to see your reaction to her growth as an artist because you always have an interesting and thoughtful reaction to her music. ☺ 🫀🫀🫀
Thanks for doing this absolutely wonderful documentary. Never a human being more deserving of a special day than Aurora !! And by doing so we get a glimpse into how her beautiful mind works and what a glorious soul she possesses. Warrior and Infections of a Different Kind are standouts vocally !!! I have watched this doc probably 50 times now and always come away from it with even more respect and admiration for her. So glad you got to see it for yourself !!
Thank you so much for your kind words! Aurora truly is an extraordinary artist, and I’m glad the documentary resonated with you as much as it did with me - big 💖✨
Regarding views: this is open, in perfect quality, on the Norwegian broadcaster NRK's tv platform for free for all Norwegians. It has also been sent on regular tv in Norway at least two times, AND it has been out on youtube in several versions. So the real numbers are much higher 😊
Thank you for sharing that information! It's always helpful to know how many ways people can access the content. It really puts things into perspective! 😜✨
This is a very beautiful reaction it was like watching the whole thing for the first time again. Thank you so much, particularly with all the unrest going on, brilliant to celebrate the things that connect us.
The documentary has gone into the millions of views thanks to the many reactors such as yourself, who spread this example of musical magic more broadly than just the original site that it is on. What doesn't get mentioned enough though and it is a key to the success of this concert (and was previously the same with the Nidarosdomen concert), is the peerless production values of the Norwegian NRK broadcaster.
Aww, absolutely - hopefully I did mention all the amazing people that put that together but if not, let's give them another huge round of applause! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 they really do deserve it! 😍✨
Aurora is complicated. And the "World" don't like complicated. Taylor Swift is more easy. Nothing wrong with Ms Swift. She is just more easy and you don't have to think. And that's fine. Aurora kind of forces you to both feel AND think at the same time and that can be hard. Aurora will look at you with those kind, yet steely blue eyes and ask; Who are you. That's hard medicine for all of us to take. And, makes most of us run away from that. To quote Aurora "Its hard to be a human" Indeed I say. But she is one of the reasons I will try. Love from Norway.
@@Room2703Reacts You are welcome my friend. She is something else, isn't she? She is not easy and you have to want it. But if you do. What a wonderful world she paints.
I hope that Aurora infects more people with her music. Her perspective of the world, her positive way of looking at problems, her powerful words, her person/voice/soul/spirit, whatever you want to call it. I lost my faith in God when I was 22, but I know there are angels, and they don't need wings because they don't fly away. They are here, they are not supernatural beings, but people. They do what they do because they can and want to. Consolation in difficult times is what everyone needs. And music can do that. I know that.
