Adding shortcut menu to Garmin eTrex 22x and 32x to make for easier navigation around the GPS Unit

Thanks for this one. I got my new Garmin eTrex 32x and already very happy about how it works. I have done a few day hikes with it and it runs awesome - I have just added the shortcuts menu's for the Map, Compass, Geocache and elevation pages...nice!

What is the best application, map or software to see restaurants and hotels on a ETREX 22x? (I do not want to have to look at a handheld GPS as well as my cellphone).

Sadly no maps for a eTrex 22x will give you restaurants and hotels. These GPS units are really made for navigating in the countryside and work best with local maps for this purpose. I hope this helps.

Est-il possible d'activer appels sonores quand on s'éloigne de son tracé.
Car je ne trouve pas où on pourrait activer cette option.
