They always talk about financial issues.. if the builder does not follow quality metrics how do you address and remediate that.. most of the issues are due to quality and low cost material for the budget.
There is the regional manager, one of whose important jobs is to check how the quality is
Without knowing pls don’t comment in general.. nowadays almost everybody is constructing with engineers using arch & structural designs..

இவங்க website ல சதுர அடிக்கு தான் விலை போட்டிருக்காங்க அப்படின்னா structural drawings, electrical and plumbing drawings, 3d design எல்லாம் தேவையில்லையே. Structural drawing போட்டு estimation போட்டா தானே கட்டிடம் கட்ட மொத்தம் எவ்வளவு செலவாகும் னு தெரியும். சதுர அடி கணக்கு தோராயமான கணக்கு தான். துல்லியமான கணக்கு கிடையாது. என்னை பொருத்தவரை இவங்க ஐடியா நல்லா இருக்கு ஆனா அதை சரியாக பயன்படுத்தனும்

If they BUSINESS BENCH need to take full responsibility for clients who give project to builder. If they have take commission from builder. and they provide inferior quality most of new building give problem after three years like leakage and salt in water they reduce the pillar size and roof size

But Business Bench will act basically like a PMC Consultant (Architect + Str Engineer + QS..)
Site Engineer will be acting like a Contractor only..
May be Engineer can be used only like Labour Contractor also..
Who will be responsible for Corporation Drawing Approvals???
So, what will be the profit Share (price per sqft) given to the Engineer?? Because all the site related material purchasing and labour's handling will be done by local Engineers..
I feel the profit may be the difference between the Engineer's internal rate to Business Bench Client rate.. Or Engineer will be given Monthly salary only???
Working as a team may reduce work load but also will reduce individual Engineer's respect, identity, work freedom and his profit..
