content creator should have some patience. Endha madri situation vandhalum they should handle it. If someone put accusation on you kindly ask him to provide the facts. Indha madri kovam padarathu la oru aartham ila, common ppl enna madri varalam. As a content creator ah Facts & reality mattum focus pana nalarukum.
Finally, All Q8A is good. We should appreciate the builder who speaks reality and facts at least.

Very good information. The builder is genuine. Provided lot of good and real information. Good effort..!
Nice interview and great questions along with good explanation....As a customer....my view is engineer can help in coordinating material and manpower...very important person which an individual can't manage....and next thing is whatever may be the sq.ft rate...as a customer keeping extra 1k per sq.ft helps to complete the building without a controversy
Looks like all the builders want a guy like you as a customer… 10-20% above the project cost is always unstoppable fact.
@@sundareshanseetharaman3182 we need to make ourself have some knowledge on construction that helps surely to prevent us from the great loss. We as a customer shouldn't be always silent investor and also shouldn't do micro management... professional approach needed both the side
I did 1800 sqft villa type house in madipakkam with the same approach. Approval to final property taxation. Here my engineer did splendid coordination between material manpower and schedule hence could complete on time with right on budget

One more doubt..Ground floor construction cost is high..but 1st floor may come less.. How to negotiate about this..plz clarify.

Maybe the amount for ground floor is 2000 and for first floor is 1850 or 1800
Ground floor construction includes the cost of laying the foundation and other things like sump, septic tank etc… so it is unavoidable.

Dear Mr.Manoj - Please do understand rate pee unut sqft is totally misleading and wrong concept. You and builder talking about the material but both never discuss about the Technology and Engineering. Rates not only depends on material. Its also depends up on the construction technology and properties of materials. In this video there are lot of misconcept and confusion tips. Please ask your engineer to check CPM and Perth. Er M.Thirumalai - Thavvai Construction and Contracts. Note : Also check 3M in civil engineering.
Dilip seems to be very sensible and you also keep up you good work , all the best to hire and build too, live and let live 👍

Periya corporate building panrapo, corporateku bayabadureenga avanga kitta indha kadhaiya solradhu illa yen oru indiivual person kashtapattu kekura ruba koduthu seyumbothu avangala madhikardhu illai. Thappu nadakalam but it should be across not just be perfect when you are working on big project and taken for granted for a individual customers not good excuse. sometiems individuals has to beg the builders to correct their mistake, neenga solra madhiri majority of the builder is not open minded to correct it sir. If you are doing correction to your customers very good but that is not always happening. some builders are not even laying the tiles properly irregular shapes even though they have all tools they dont know to use it or when they make mistake fail to acknowledge and correct.

if your actions about keeping click bait thumb nail is right then why are you just complaining about the builders alone. They also have to do stuff to bring people in and if people are not questioning properly about what is what then no one other than the customers are mistaken

Good interview, however they did not respond one question, how they are handling number of customers increased..? their engineer will visit the site every day or once in a week to check the construction status or its quality..? labor is labor you cant expect good mentality from them, its engineers or owners responsibility to check the labor work and mixing etc.,
