New World PvP - Healer Stomp - Flail/Life Staff - Medium Armor - Outpost Rush

I took my new Flail/Life Staff that I enjoyed in Arenas, into Outpost Rush and had a game that demonstrates the power of heals in New World PvP right now. You will notice the healing circles everywhere. Our team stomps the other team by overpowering them with heals. hello, have you tried this build in group pve? does it work? or do you switch to light armour?
