@@TheElectronMan April is always a great time for a Ham Fest , nice weather in your neck of the woods. It was beautiful weather Saturday , the Boy Scouts cooked about 15 gallons of Jambalaya outside and about forty people brought side dishes , I'm gonna call Barry and see if anyone got any footage for you tube .....

Can you do video on calibration that you did? Or any manuals available just in case when I get mine

I have one of these as well and am curious how you calibrated yours. Mine seems to have calibration issues as well. I have the so called service manual but those instructions are incomplete. Did you need to calibrate HF and the VHF/UHF parts of the meter?
I checked out the service manuals calibration procedure. The HF side seems pretty straight forward needing only adjustment of the two multi-turn potentiometers. The VHF/UHF side needs adjustment of the pots and CV1 which I believe is a variable capacitor inside the shielded sensor which is soldered shut. The shielded box has two access holes that look to have adjustment screws but no identification for CV1 unless it is inside the solder shut box. I did not want to open the sensor box needlessly but that is probably where CV1 is identified.

Yes I adjust both HF and VHF HF is done by the two blue variable caps and I just used one of the other pots on mine to get it calibrate on VHF which was just the power was showing a little low on VHF hopefully that helps it's been awhile since I did mine, good thing it is still working great,,

No averaging for SSB isn’t a problem?

Not really I just use it as a reference for swr and power I pretty much know what I should be outputting so it works great for that.. I do like it holds the peak for a second or so a quick look up and I know i am good to go... My BK service bench meter is much more accurate, designed for working on a radio but to me if you know your setup it's really just a way to make sure it is performing as expected, so .01 accuracy is not required.

Good one they are all a bit off some more than others .. not sure what is acceptable for a given power level/frequency I suppose thats a matter of oppinion!

It's pronounced Knee-Say which is Japanese American .... Not a bad deal at all , I do like MFJ products though...
