So many questions were answered for me, praise the Lord! I'm relatively new to the faith this was extremely helpful! God bless you and the church out there ❤️
God wants to engage with Him concerning these matters and also the community that He has founded us in. Thank Bro. Milioni, getting blessed from KENYA.
There is a limit to diversity too. Everyone has a standard, the question only differs at where the line is drawn. Wait till the next generation tests the limits. New startups always agree on those limits. History proves that what follows will not be so easy.
Yes, that is the issue. When a church is new, they can discuss every issue in depth, reach a consensus and move on. When someone new enters the church, they can explain the consensus to that person, but they're not going to start their church culture from scratch for every new convert. The next generation can't start over either, especially while their parents are still alive. So when they bring someone new into the church, all they can say is "here's how my parents explained the church's consensus to me", or at best "Go talk to the elders of the church. They can explain it better than I can." At that point it might still work, but wait long enough for the first generation and everyone who knew them personally to have passed away, and you're left with people who by necessity will have to start over or disband.
This is why it is important to teach the next generation how to wrestle with the scriptures. I believe new churches often fail because the founders struggle to pass on the vision to the younger generation and devolve to using control tactics. Unity must be based on obedience to the Holy Spirit, not on practices or interpretations of scripture.
Is he against extrabiblical rules? He assumes the ladies will be wearing dresses, so apparently they have some sort of extrabiblical rules. He should acknowledge that I think.
I’m curious. How do you baptize? In the name of Jesus Christ or the way the Lord said - In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

Trinitarian triple immersion in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.
