I love Jesus Christ with everything in me im willing to die for Him but I have a nasty relationship with alcoholism and ive had it since the age of 17 and its not a partying thing anymore like it used to be back in the day. I don't wanna let Jesus down I can't help it its a very bad addition that I have and its just hard to shake after so many years. Please pray for me I need it.
Keep praying to the Father, asking him to deliver you from your addiction. Go to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings every day, that is how I got delivered from alcoholism and drug addiction.
Hey brother, i also had the struggle with alcoholism. Let Jesus mold you , you’ll understand as you get closer to god. The Holy Spirit will help you with conviction and it’ll take a little time. Trust me because i am a testimony. What help me was drinking mineral water instead as it gave me kinda like if I was drinking a brew but mineral water has help me. Also going straight home after work and reading the Bible.

On July 25th I woke up having used up all my chewing tobacco the night before which I've been using tobacco since 2004. I woke up that morning and prayed to Jesus to be my strength and to help me stop being addicted to tobacco, I told him I know I can't do this on my own. Even in the past when I've used patches or pills like chantix it didn't work. I laid that addiction at his feet and begged for help. Since then I haven't had any tobacco, not used any type of product designed to help stop and I owe it entirely to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Repent now, turn to Christ!

I don't know why, I try in prayer to give my life to Jesus Christ, or to receive him into my heart as Lord and Savior of my life, but the problem of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) interferes against me always, and always, and/or sometimes I think I wasn't born again. I want Jesus Christ to come inside me and transform me.

I love Jesus Christ with everything in me im willing to die for Him but I have a nasty relationship with alcoholism and ive had it since the age of 17 and its not a partying thing anymore like it used to be back in the day. I don't wanna let Jesus down I can't help it its a very bad addition that I have and its just hard to shake after so many years. Please pray for me I need it.
Keep praying to the Father, asking him to deliver you from your addiction. Go to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings every day, that is how I got delivered from alcoholism and drug addiction.

Hey brother, i also had the struggle with alcoholism. Let Jesus mold you , you’ll understand as you get closer to god. The Holy Spirit will help you with conviction and it’ll take a little time. Trust me because i am a testimony. What help me was drinking mineral water instead as it gave me kinda like if I was drinking a brew but mineral water has help me. Also going straight home after work and reading the Bible.
Brother don’t let the enemy have a grip of you. Ask Jesus to deliver you. It’ll take time brother. Repent and remember we can’t do this without Christ. So it’ll be everyday to ask for his guidance

On July 25th I woke up having used up all my chewing tobacco the night before which I've been using tobacco since 2004. I woke up that morning and prayed to Jesus to be my strength and to help me stop being addicted to tobacco, I told him I know I can't do this on my own. Even in the past when I've used patches or pills like chantix it didn't work. I laid that addiction at his feet and begged for help. Since then I haven't had any tobacco, not used any type of product designed to help stop and I owe it entirely to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Repent now, turn to Christ!

I don't know why, I try in prayer to give my life to Jesus Christ, or to receive him into my heart as Lord and Savior of my life, but the problem of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) interferes against me always, and always, and/or sometimes I think I wasn't born again. I want Jesus Christ to come inside me and transform me.
Many Christians have often struggled to feel saved as you do now. It is important for you to keep in mind that we are not saved by what we can do. A saving relationship with Jesus Christ is founded on faith and, most importantly, on what Christ has already done for us on the cross. As Billy Graham once said, “it isn’t the size of our faith that’s important, but the object of our faith.” No matter what your inabilities may tell you or what doubts you may sometimes have, you can trust what Christ has promised you: “I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of My hand” (John 10:28).
Jesus is the Good Shepherd, and He will hold on to you firmly. Do not trust your feelings-trust Christ alone and His promise to you. A desperate father once said to Jesus, “I believe; help my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24). His faith was not “perfect,” but it was focused on Jesus-and Jesus accepted it. God will respond to you with any faith you have-as long as it is focused on His mercy and love. Im trying very hard to work my way to God by repenting, but it is not working at all. There is no hope left.
We are sorry to hear about how hopeless you are feeling. God does not want that for you. God’s Word tells us that those who have repented have received forgiveness (1 John 1:9). Jesus took our sins upon Himself when He died on the cross. He was without sin, but God put all your sins on Him, and He willingly died for you because He loves you. Do not trust your own goodness; you can never be good enough to earn your way to Heaven. Instead, turn to Christ for forgiveness and ask Him to be your Lord and Savior. Admit your need to God and trust Christ alone for your salvation. “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).
