We hope you enjoy the rest of our Colour Anthology series of oneshots and keep a lookout for more to come! If you would like to be in the running to win, give us a like and a follow on either our Facebook or Twitter and consider writing us a review there or in your favorite podcast app and I will draw names at random on the 24th of April and pick some winners! Good luck!
Great job with this. It's nice seeing some groups playing closer to Motherships intent. I've seen too many groups play this game like D&D and ask for rolls for everything they do.
beautiful beautiful content, thank you very much. Coming from 5e, although I am actually accustomed to heavily modify modules and just improvise, being new to Mothership and Ypilon 14 the first Mothership content I read, I wanted to check out how other DMs played it - also not to get the feeling of this rulebook wrong. I instead found this lovely podcast, way above the expectations! As a DM I even felt as if I had been sent back to school lmao. Thank you a lot, both for the entertainment and the technical stuff (maps, consoles etc), it's a great source of inspiration! Hope you guys are well ^^
Thanks! That was our very first time playing Mothership actually, we were using the WIP version of the Players Survival Guide at the time. The following games you can see us slowly getting better at the rules and nuances of the system.

I really like how you sorted the visuals on the screen, it’s really helpful and makes following the podcast much easier. Also, you’ve now got me thinking about playing Mothership, because I really like this sort of story and the rules are nice and not too complex with a thousand modifiers, different dice to roll, etc.

I am in a bit of a hassel. Did I hoff something, or is that Michael Knight a reference to something. 😁 Really enjoyed listening to all 4 parts of this.
A good example for firearms skill or even hand to hand combat skill would be fighting a martial artist against a person who know only how to hit someone. Or the firearms someone that know a weapon is used to pulling a trigger against someone fully trained in shooting ranges and such. One difference I would place in game for military is the skill involved can be used as well to guess enemy you aren't seeing. For example behind a door you can hear an small army preparing to invade and with that grant some advantage on the next combat
