So with your printer it will be different. To print from Fusion 360 you would save it as an .stl file and then take it into a slicing software. I would suggest taking it into Cura (its free) and find the settings online for your printer, and then take the model and have it sliced there. Once it sliced and is saved to your card, you should be good to go. Our Mantis 3D Printer is different since it does all that work for you and you don't have to go into a slicing software.
Can you use fusion to print with an ender 5 plus?
Yes, as long as you save it as an .stl file then you should be good to print.
