You Should include how in when you extrude or any fusion option where you have to make a selection you can click the selection again to remove it. This is really helpful when you have a large group of things selected and only want to remove one thing.
Nice video, plz keep them coming - I’m still vectorworks, but gave myself a year of fusion to hopefully transition fully… I am considering a course but for the amount I would get a local 5 day course so I’m still undecided… 🙂
Hey Tyler, great video. When I'm sketching on projected geometry my line tool "breaks." The line tool is still active but I have to click on the point where my last line ended to start sketching again. Is that Fusion default? I get the same "continuous" behavior when using the line tool out in random space.
It's just "Fusion" now 😁 Last video I like, that doesn't use the correct name. I mean it :) I like the Beginner Bro asking questions. And I know it's probably a lot of work to create such content, but I can't help to also suggest chapters. Not instead of Beginner Bro, that would still be nice to announce each chapter. But in addition to Beginner Bro, chapters in the timeline would also be very nice.
When you're selecting edges on a 3D object, how do you prevent Fusion from allowing you to select edges that you can't see? As a basic example, if I'm looking inside a box that I want to select all the internal corners to fillet, Fusion also allows external corners to get selected without them being visible (selected them through the object, if that makes sense). I've tried googling this in an attempt to find the correct setting, but I feel like I'm googling the wrong terminology.
i would like to ask you when i want to sketch on face every time fusion change the view completely and i had to look for the part i want to do it, is there a way to make fusion NOT to change the view ?
@@TylerBeckofTECHESPRESSO let us say i have like 10 big parts , and i start to sketch and i point to a face on one of the parts , as soon as i point which side i want to sketch on fusion zoomout and change view and i have to look for which part i was doing and which face which is hard to do sometimes anyway to avoide that or is it a setting somewhere , is there at least a way to return to the exact spot maybe ?
Amazing… sarcasm on a free very well made video covering the basics ? … nice - NOT ! it takes a while to get used to frequently saving useful (!) stages when constructing and it makes it so much easier to go back and take a different route when you get feedback from clients or stumble upon issues in your original plan…

Really liked the line trick to find breaks in the profile!
Nice list of tips! def going to put some of these to use.

nice one, thanks. Having learned quite fast recently, I was happy to notice I got 90pc right and to learn a few extras too :-)
Very cool
Very helpful video, thanks for sharing!
Beginner Bro has some really good questions.

Most welcome 😊

Thanks for the info. Earlier today I was on AutoDesk website looking for Fusion 360 and all I saw was Fusion and I was thinking “what the hell??”

When you start a sketch on a face it changes the view even when you are already looking where you would like?

So I click on "save"? And then it saves? Oh wise one, please tell me more of your secret ways.
Hahaha.
