This definitely was done by someone who has never dealt with knee injuries themselves. Mountain climbers, moves with squats = not knee friendly. Knee friendly isn’t just not jumping.

I recommend doing this outdoors on a balcony or even on a sidewalk, as I did, and in overcast and breezy spring weather, it does so much good for you mentally too! Thank you again Anna

I’m nursing a knee injury so a workout with no squats, no jumping, and no full burpees is perfect. While the exercises themselves were not overly challenging, the time intervals made it challenging to sustain each set. Well done creating an excellent workout!
this was great! I injured my back near the SI joint and this workout was perfect to get my heart rate up nice and slow and get nice and sweaty without aggravating the injury. Thanks!
Your knee friendly workout is the best I have found. Much more challenging than others. I do it regularly and would love to see more knee friendly (as opposed to just no jumping) workouts from you.
hi anna, i just wanna tell you that its been a couple days that i have been doing your routines and i love them. i have to do the low impact o no jumping ones because i have a problem on my knees, and sometimes i have to do modifications even if there are not because my bones hurt too. i was kinda unmotivated bcos i love doing wheights but since i have this injury i can't do it for a while, so i lose all ,my motivation for working out. i found your channel and i completly loved it. thank you and i'll be waiting for more no impact or low impact routines ♥

Thank youuuuu! We need so many more of these on the interwebs - knee friendly cardios -- and they are so hard to find! I think you could add a little bit of hippity hop though, anything that doesn't take the knees close to 90 degrees, to lift the heart rate even further. Please post more!

i have problem with my left knee, i need to get a surgery (the doctor said my knee looks like inside like i had a car crash or something, so yeah, kinda bad). i tried a lot of different knee friendly workout but so many of them wasent good for my knee. it was hurting so much next day or right after the workout. but, now, i found this video and this is a really knee friendly. my knee was totally fine all the time, and i still burned a lot of calories. Thank you so much for your amazing video! i will do this workout from now over and over :)
Thank you so much for these videos! They have made working out accessible and attainable for me. My only request is that the modified form (when applicable) stays up throughout the entirety of the exercise instead of just the first few seconds. I'm currently the most unfit and overweight I've ever been. We lived in a tiny lock-up-and-go apartment for 7 years. The past 2 years were spent mostly sitting around, stress eating during the pandemic. We just moved to a larger house with a yard in a good area. Although I love the idea of going for a morning walk or yard workout, I still have some anxiety. This workout seems just right for me. Indoors, knee friendly. Thank you so much for this video xoxo
Yesterday i was playing basketball and i fell while running, my knees got bruised really bad and my elbow opened. I was really worried, because this happened to me one time, my arm broke then and i was really worried that i couldnt work out. As a mid300s girlie - I got to minute 22, AND I AM SWEATING! I've had bad knees since I was little but adding another hundred pounds in only a year doesn't really help.. thank you though for posting this video - you'll be a part of my morning routine for the next long while

It is really knee friendly. I have knee injury and I have to choose exercise carefully, otherwise instead of feeling well, I will feel pain. But this exercise really good. I did last evening and I went to bed earlier than usual and woke up with good feeling. Thank you.
I love all your knee friendly workouts. I just wish you had some super advanced ones! I have to do these type because need double knee replacement but am super fit. Want same intnsity as when I could do box jumps etc. Currently do w 30lb weight vest but often intensity still not enough... no one on youtube has options for super fit with knee problems

They arent high intensity but they are muscle-strengthening

literally come at the best time- I have damaged my foot from doing HIIT workouts (typical) and my body just is not responding well to them right now. Low impact means I'm still able to work out! I though I wasn't going to be able to. Thank you so much Anna.

Hello, we really appreciate your low impact routines, they are very good, they are also FULL BODY, the whole body is working, the whole body is in motion. I do your routines with my 9 and 7 year old daughters, I am grateful to find your channel because your exercises are easy to do and they are also very intense, we burn a lot of calories.
