But I want to tell you They Blew the roof off of that venue !!! Now MTV //// opening up FULL production shows in Countries that are left of THE ERROR tour.... OMG !!! These Ladies are gonna become a household name to remember !!! (yes..I'm a major "fan boy" yes 60 yrs. old . yes a guitarist )... been there Done That for 50 years Myself !!!! I was blown away by their stage presence as well as their music when I saw them. Well worth standing for as long as I did, although it took me a couple of days to recover (I am sixty-something-year-old rocker).
The guest drummer is Beto Ramos, Pau’s drum teacher. He is the drummer of the Mexican band Jumbo. He was previously in the band Los Claxons, whose bassist, Pablo Gonzalez, is Ale’s bass teacher and the band’s mentor. Beto also did the audio mixing for the recording of this concert and helped Pau and Dany develop the guitar programs for Dany’s pedal board. So this song is their reply to those who criticized them for not writing in Spanish - “But you know nothing and run your mouth; so I put my fingers in my ears and say ‘Na na na na!’”
BTW... in a fan video of The Warning show a couple of nights ago in Guadalajara they showed the marquee... Los Claxons is playing the same venue in a few days.
I first saw The Warning on a horrible rainy day at Reverb In Reading PA. 230 of my closest friends were there too😜. I had a front row balcony seat at TLA with you guys in May. After their show in Guadalajara last night, there may be limited chances to see them in an intimate venue in the future. The drummer is Beto Ramos. He has played in Los Claxons along with Ale's bass teacher and mentor Pablo Gonzalez.
Beto Ramos is a double Latin Grammy nominated drummer - a well respected musician, composer with his own group Jumbo. He is more of a mentor for Pau than a teacher and was involved in production of their recent songs including More. Plus whatever the others have already have said here. As far as I remember Jumbo is giving a concert in Feb 2024 at Teatro, this same venue. Here is my take of Narcisista with a link to its premiere in 2019 having English subtitles. "A kind soul has put subtitles to the debut of Narcisista at Foro Didi in June 2019 for those of us who don't speak Spanish. All my observations are with respect to this premiere. Legend has it that Mony asked them to tone down the vitriol as she was afraid of the backlash her daughters might receive. However you can see the viciousness in Pau's presentation when The Warning debuted Narcisista at Foro in 2019 - aged 19, 17 & 14. You can see how they displayed the lyrics on a screen to vent their anger. You can see how Pau used her left hand to gesticulate theatrically to emphasise "Porque tú, no sabes nada Because you don't know anything Corres la voz y no te callas You run your mouth and don't shut up Me tapo los oídos y simplemente digo I cover my ears and just say" Cherry on the cake is when she rubs it in with "No soy loca ni Malinchista" or Neither am I mad nor Malinchista. Malinche was an Aztec (Nahua) woman who helped the Spanish conquerors in taking control of Mexico some 5 centuries back. Hence the term Malinchista for a woman who prefers foreign people, culture, goods, etc. over her own roots. A cultural turncoat if you like. Ahh...the delicious irony of time when on 16th June 2023 some 500 Spaniards joined Pau & her sisters to sing Narcisista and exactly those words for the 1st time in Madrid. The conquered have become the conqueror now."
Actually only their parents are the "family" part of the crew, when they refer to the crew as family is because they consider them as such, that's how amazing they are!!!
I've seen and posted the morning show you were talking about - Dany was not well, so both Pau and Ale did her parts Money. Fun acoustic show. I've seen them 5 times this year - in Europe.
Hey guys! Yes, if you have not seen The Warning, they are a MUST SEE LIVE band! All their live videos still do not prepare you for how great they are LIVE! And yes, they are a very close knit family, including their crew and management. I have had the privilege of meeting their father, mother, and Rudy their manager, along with all three sisters. They are the nicest and most gracious people you could ever meet. I am glad I have seen them in a few small venues, and I am seeing them again next month in Cancun, and hopefully they will have their new big stage show! I cannot wait!!
I’ve seen The Warning 3 times and I’m 57, if they come near again of course. Last time I saw no seats my legs killed me. Went to zoo first, shouldn’t have done that.
Following their Summer tour with Lzzy and The Pretty Reckless, when The Warning went back out supporting Halestorm for a few shows in the Fall of 2022, I saw them on October 4th in Colorado Springs. Arejay sat in for Pau, while she came out front to sing this song. Despite initial temporary issues with Pau's handheld mic not working, it was EPIC! Arejay killed it, of course! There's a video of it as well as another from a different city where Arejay sat in, but I can't recall where.
There is a video out there, where The Warning and another band (I never can remember the name of the band) in Argentina (they were touring Argentina), Pau came out and she sang a Nirvana song. Not the greatest video but fun to watch.

Great reaction guys! I got to see them in Atlanta in May, what a killer show! Playing live really is their superpower.
I can't recall which show it was but there's a video with Arejay Hale from Halestorm playing the drums on this song also.
