Any Astro fans that can watch the clips of the Dodgers walking off the field and still be happy with your "win" is straight up just a shitty human being. I mean, how does your mind even twist the situation so much you are able to find any sense of accomplishment and self worth? Let them keep their title, and since their still allowed in baseball, remove any possibility of anyone ever getting into the hall of fame. Once their officially retire from the game, make their names go with them. Let baseball forget about them. Eventually people will still remember what happened, but fewer and fewer people would be able to give you their names.
I'm honestly kind of nervous about next season. It's pretty likely that the Astros are going to get drilled a lot. And if there's anything I know about baseball, it's that hitting batters goes both ways. There's going to be a LOT of fights if this is the case. Someone is going to get seriously injured. Of course this could've all been avoided if the Astros decided to play fair...
If the MLB sticks to the 3 division league being proposed right now, that means the Dodgers will face the Astros at some point, and the way Correa ran his mouth this off-season, you can expect a Bellinger-Correa brawl for sure
A pitcher like Jansen doesn't set anything up, really. He's not throwing one pitch off of another. He has a cutter and then he has his other couple pitches he works in every once in a while, but when you face a nasty cutter like Jansen's and he's just trying to get 3 outs, as a hitter you're probably doing more damage to yourself by trying to predict when he's going to come off the cutter. He's a nightmare for lefties because he knows how to work them, just like Jake explained
Correa's wife was a former Miss Texas and participated in the Miss USA pageant. They were engaged for about 2 years and married in 2019. Verlander had been engaged to Kate Upton for a while leading up to this. Their wedding was scheduled while Verlander was still with the Tigers, so it was scheduled for sometime like 48 hours after Game 7 because the Tigers weren't going to the World Series. Because of the trade Verlander and Upton had to fly out of LA straight to Italy where everyone was waiting for them.

Theory: Correra proposed due to the fact he knew the Astros would most likely win the entire series due to what later would be revealed as the scandal.
Gotta love leaf off walks. They never end up scoring... 😒. Ethier is pretty dang old at this point, but he was known more for his speed in the outfield than his arm. Left field is where you put the guy with the weakest arm so doesn't surprise me that it wasn't close. Furthermore, does it even feel good winning a world series knowing you cheated?
This game is the ultimate example of the cheating. Home game that was high scoring. Some people (Max Kellerman in particular) keep pointing out the Yanks' series, but 3 of the 4 games in Houston were very low scoring. Makes no sense unless the pitchers were cheating.

The only thing that got the Astros was a whistle blower. No one caught them in the act looking at a TV. No one had heard the cans and figured it out. Had Fiers not said anything it wouldve just been accusations like every other team that's been accused. The only difference is no one came out and admitted it. Heres an example of a teammate calling out the White Sox for it in the 80s (no one cares cause the Astros are the hot item but it's been happening)

Imagine CHEATING and still needing 7 games to win not only the ALCS, but also the World Series!
TruthHurts if the Astros weren’t cheating the dodgers win this one in 5 games at the max
Luke Stedifor
If the Astros weren’t cheating, the Yankees would’ve swept the Dodgers.
Fixed.
@@ItzTruthHurts I'd like to believe this but the Dodgers probably would have taken that one in 6 barring upset. 2018 is more likely considering the Red Sox being corrupted by Cora and all. To think AL playoffs was a double whammy...
2019 was on the Yankees though, I mean while the Astros still cheated but those RISP failures after Game 1 would still have fucked them over. Game 4 was especially painful.
The greatest sports event I was ever part of, me & everyone around me lost our voices by the 6th inning. I can’t believe they had to cheat that year so this game means nothing to me anymore. When Houston needed them the most they were secretly cheating that entire year. Players should’ve been punished after they were caught.
On a side note, friggin cracked up so hard at Jake for 7:43😂 Very cool to know Altuve WAS Jomboy’s favorite non-Yankee before the cheating poop 38:15
36:57 Who was that? Oh, just Hall of Famer Dave Winfield. And I'd say he was taking a pic or video of the on field celebration, not a selfie.
What’s the Houston Astros favorite energy drink?
68cupcake bang?
Bang?
What's there favorite porn site?....bang bros!
Who is their favorite sesame Street character?..... Oscar the grouches house! Lol
Cheetah
Been waiting for this one lol.
Repping Colorado, respect Jake
Dodgers fan living in Houston here. i must say I still cant watch the highlights from this WS. Too painful
"When you realize all it took to get them there..."
Jacob Flowers or at least legitimately apologized
@@ST3Di03 let's be honest even if the astros apologized people are not gonna buy it.
Johnny Loves Steel Balls yeh u right
If the MLB sticks to the 3 division league being proposed right now, that means the Dodgers will face the Astros at some point, and the way Correa ran his mouth this off-season, you can expect a Bellinger-Correa brawl for sure
35:40 nice
The guy who ripped the ball from the lady is her brother, and the other guy is her husband if I remember correctly
8:33 Here or it’s a one run game
I can't watch this 😭. I'm a Dodger fan.
Buffalo bills never got cheated against two Superbowls in a row!
They uploaded it. The madmen.
Bang! Bang! Been waiting for this one!
As a born and raised Dodger fan, this is still fresh. What a dagger. Cheaters!!!
Replying to myself after watching the video again. Rough one to watch. Blood boiling right now. Damn.
Hey jomboy why not 2016 World Series game seven?
They just did that bro
I’ve watched every video of this series since 72. Huge Mets fan, huge Jomboy n Jake fan, but this was the first one I quit after a few minutes in. Love you guys a ton but just can’t get into anything involving the Trashtroys unfortunately.
PS Love watchin baseball and all your other content. Look forward to more talkin baseball, sequence, talkin giants, baggage, newlywed game and the works.
You did this willing
Bobby Coxs has all the Stats!😃

Here for the original comments
So that fan that threw the ball back, @11:40 that guy became a LEGEND in Houston. Every local news / sports news in Houston got an interview with him
Why do the Dodgers fans always blame Darvish for that game 7 loss? The Dodgers only scored 1 run anyway.
It doesn't look like you're going to do 2019 because there is only one video left in the playlist. I am super bummed.
we just havent recorded it yet
@@JomboyMedia You and Jake rock. Go Nats!
@@JomboyMedia Awesome! I've loved baseball all my life and never had a team to root for until the Nationals. I think the way you and Jake break down the game is perfect for the rest of us 30 somethings.
Only watching this for three reasons : #1 - Giants fans enjoy Dodgers losses more than life itself. #2 - Love hanging out with my youtube Jomboy mutual friends. #3 - read #1
The guy who threw the ball back onto the field was his brother-in-law. There was a story about it after
Jays and phillies had a 15-14 game in the 93 world series.
How did Gattis get ON TOP of that pitch?
Jomboy you are great but make the game screen larger and make both of your screens smaller. Peace
Theory: Correra proposed due to the fact he knew the Astros would most likely win the entire series due to what later would be revealed as the scandal.
Just to put in perspective how good that team was, they took the Trashcans to seven games while unknowingly being at a huge disadvantage.
I'm a Bills and Dodgers fan but 1:35 really got me
So no one is gonna bring up the fact that the Astros started COVID to get past the cheating scandal.
no because china brought covid
Wonder what Rosenthal knew and was thinking during these interviews
Gotta love leaf off walks. They never end up scoring... 😒. Ethier is pretty dang old at this point, but he was known more for his speed in the outfield than his arm. Left field is where you put the guy with the weakest arm so doesn't surprise me that it wasn't close. Furthermore, does it even feel good winning a world series knowing you cheated?
Definitely disliked watching the Astros winning, but I appreciate the video. Thanks.
Greatest World Series of All-Time.
This game is the ultimate example of the cheating. Home game that was high scoring. Some people (Max Kellerman in particular) keep pointing out the Yanks' series, but 3 of the 4 games in Houston were very low scoring. Makes no sense unless the pitchers were cheating.
toptenguy1 Also Clayton threw something like 30 nasty sliders and got zero swings and misses. That’s fucking unheard of.
@@fatshibaballs 51 breaking pitches no swings and misses. I would've suspected something even if I didn't know the were cheating.
guys like Kenley Jansen have to live with this loss forever staining their career knowing they cheated
If you're not visiting the mound to tell the pitcher "just throw the good pitches", are you even really managing?
And now we know what really went on.....
