Hope to see more of this. I feel like the Spiders were talked about a lot when Cleveland changed its name. A lot of people wanted them use it, but thought it might bring bad luck cause of their record losses.
But guardians are first in there league
I think OP meant that when Cleveland were changing their name there was some talk about changing it back to the Cleveland Spiders. But fans didn't want to go back to that name due to superstition that the name might bring some bad luck.

I would really enjoy a twist on this that if you guess in the top 6-10 spots, you don't get points, but you don't get a strike. I think it would make it more serious as that would add a lot of strategy, so if y'all are wanting more wacky out there answers, don't do this. Love the content, keep up the great work

lol the 1899 Cleveland Spiders are infamously the worst team in MLB history, purely because the owner bought the St Louis Brows and sold all the good Spiders players, including Cy Young, to the Browns.
The '99 Spiders went 20-134, 34 games lower than the 2nd worst team in the standings that season, 14 more losses than any team in history, and their .130 winning % is over 100 points lower than the worst team in the modern era - the 1916 A's at .235.

These are fun, but the audio levels (volume) could be equalized a little better; some parts are much quieter than others.
Jake, New Orleans no longer has minor league baseball. You conflated the Baby Cakes (the New Orleans Zephyrs' attempt at a rename to become relevant again) and the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp

So the way rotten tomato works is 94% doesn't mean that critics rated the movie 94% out of 100 it means 94% of the critics gave it a fresh rating.. the critics only give a rating of fresh or rotten then write their opinion because of that critic scores often can be higher on kids movies like toy story then excellent adult movies like The Big Leboski because not everyone even likes it so it's flawed bc while the big leboski is better then toy story for some people the score will always be lower because the person who likes leboski more will still at least enjoy toy story while not everyone who will enjoy toy story will even like leboski at all

Rotten tomatoes is just idiots which is why I hate people saying “oh rotten tomatoes gave it an 80% it must be good.” JACK NAMED 3 OF THE BEST BASEBALL MOVIES EVER!
Use IMDb scores for movies. Rotten Tomatoes scores are misleading since they are just the percentage of positive scores, not a measure of the scores.
Example: if a movie received only scores of 3/5 stars it would get 100% on RT since they were all positive. But if a movie received half scores of 2/5, and half scores of 5/5 then the RT score would be 50%. The second movie's average is actually 3.5 / 5, which is higher than the first movie, but the RT score is much lower. Likewise, even though the first movie's score is 100%, everyone agrees that movie is "just okay". Whereas, the second movie you will either LOVE it or dislike it, so it could be a great movie that just doesn't click with certain people.
In short, RT is not the best measure. It's useful and interesting, but can be misleading.
