hi im oogers!! oogersthegoogers!! and i like to introduce to you a little something me and my friend made, which is just a world called Azef :3
erm, technically its like based from “thats not my neighbour” but like instead of it focusing on just the doorman like letting in people who live in an apartment block, its more based around the people who live in the apartment block, mainly so far focusing on two characters called quill and francis (No. he’s not a milkman. And no… idk-)

:O oo, these character designs look really interesting!! The one with yellow features on the hat kind of reminds me of the fan-made design of a character called the Narrator from a game called The Stanley Parable [he's just a voice with no design, but literally everyone individually decided that he has glasses, is dressed slightly formally, and has yellow elements in his design]
What happened to the one-eyed one's eye? Why do they dislike each other? Where did the yellow-featured-hat one get their hat? Which one is Quill and which one is Francis?
I don't know what 'That's not my neighbor is' but I have an inexplicable need to learn more about these two, sooo....

also, “thats not my neighbour” is a game where you as a player is a doorman to an apartment complex to let in people who live there, also known as the neighbours, but theres a catch, theres these doppelgängers that disguise themselves either terribly or extremely well and you have to get rid of them and only let in the neighbours!!
so far in this video, francis (the one with the yellow features) is shown in thie video, the other person on screen is called zenith, who on which is the land lord for this, the reason why francis doesnt like him is mostly because he gives off a negative feeling and most of the time wishes to stay far away as possible from him :3
quill is a character that my friend made, he and francis were supposedly meant to hate each other, but at some point the two set aside their differences and now are both together (as in a relationship!)
soo far thats kinda what me and my friend have so far! i’ll probably post stuff in my community post if theres anymore stuff on it ^w^
