The entire channel is a smoothie channel...
The weight placement and balance is all wrong. You should be designing such a weapon to inflict heavy blunt force damage with 1 swing. You may not get another, much less the 3 or 4 swings.
A blackjack is a small easily concealed force multiplier designed to inflict blunt trauma quickly, not several times, tearing skin and blood. Hard heavy blows... as few as possible.
Sure, that is a fair point. But there is a good thing about that for this weapon, no over swing and a faster strike rest. It is not as top heavy as other club like weapons, that can be seen as both good and bad. I wanted to make something different then the normal top heavy clubs and went with something smaller and quicker in strikes.

A metal pipe, I think it is a gas line pipe. The little wood pegs hold it together more and add extra strength. Also makes it look nicer.
