@@marjoriehill-do9bz thank you for the positive feedback!
very informative and easy friendly. Thanks !!
Thank you very much!
Thank you for this video, I’ll be ordering all of this. I’ve been getting oil changes and I’m not sure why mine is empty and I asked them at the oil change place do they top off fluids! 😡
You know what they say, if you want it done right, do it yourself 😀
Hi Viktor great videos! I would like to request a How-To video on replacing intercooler coolant for the NX200t/ NX300 and all other models that have the 8arfts turbo engines? Thanks!
Hi, will do if I ever get a chance, thanks!
Thank you for this video it was excellent and informative. I appreciate it
Thank you for the positive feedback!
Great video! Thank you!
Glad you liked it!
Do you have a video showing how to change the coolant? I’m needing to change the coolant in my wife’s 2016 nx200t.
@@chrishageman1023 unfortunately, not at this time
I don't see the starter motor, would it be possible to make a video for NX200t starter motor replacement? Thank you.❤
@@嘉義雞肉飯 I’ve never seen one that needed to be replaced yet, but I might make a video sometime in the future if I get a chance.
I love this channel ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I appreciate that!
Nice video 👍. Can you make a video on how to change water pump ? 😀
Will do if I get a chance!
@Viktor_G_Automotive thank you in advance 🙏 ☺️
Thanks, it super useful!
Glad to hear!
Thanks Viktor.
Any time!
Victor, does does 2018 Lexus NX 300 F Sport have an electric power steering system???? Does that no fluid????
Yes, all NX models use electric power steering. No power steering fluid.
Thank you, sir!!! God bless you!!!
Sir, how do I know when my Lexus require a power steering maintenance???? Please assist. Thank you in advance!
@@bonrobinson735 electric power steering system requires no regular maintenance.
thanks you for informing me
@@tomfrenchick5953 my pleasure!
Does the 2017 NX200t have a throttle body/plate? I can't figure out where it would be on my wife's NX and, if there is one, would love to see a video on how to access/clean it. If it isn't a viable task for you to do in the near future, no worries. Thanks Viktor!
Yes, it has a throttle body/plate, located between the engine and the firewall, you can’t really see it from the top.
If I get my hands on an NX sometime in the future, I’ll try to make the video, but don’t know what the timeframe on that would be.
@@Viktor_G_Automotive Sounds good.... Thank you!
Hi Viktor, new subscriber here. I need to top off the radiator coolant on my 2015 NX200T (92K). The cold level has dropped just above the lower hose. I have two questions, should I buy coolant from dealer to ensure I have same mixture or can I use after market? Dealer is twice the cost. I will probably stick with dealer to make sure It is the same chemistry coolant. I appear to have a slow leak. Can you do a video on common places to look for leak? Fox example, can you show us how to look for the water pump weep hole if it has one? Also, can you provide video how to pressure up system so we can simulate hot conditions? I am a little nervous doing this, I don't want to over pressure, I think a shop did this to me on one of our other cars and I ended up with an intake manifold leak. Thanks for the videos. I have just started watching your playlist.
I would use Toyota coolant only.
One common leak area on those is the water pump.
I can make a video on its replacement if I get a chance one day.
Thanks for watching!
@@Viktor_G_Automotive Thanks for the quick response.
@@Viktor_G_Automotive Is the AISIN ACT002 essentially the pink Toyota coolant? I can get this from Rock Auto for $13 + $10 shipping. I have heard AISIN makes parts for Toyota. Do they make this coolant for Toyota? I can get this without even leaving the house. AISIN would be my choice of water pump if I have to go down that road.
@@Texasbird026 AISIN may make Toyota coolant, but I do not know that with 100% certainty.
They do make a lot of Toyota water pumps, transmissions etc. though, so I trust the AISIN brand.
I personally use Toyota coolant since it pretty affordable and you are guaranteed a quality product.
how do you check the transmission oil fluid?
@@Highstate808 there is no dipstick
ua-cam.com/video/TAUZ24dqssg/v-deo.htmlsi=TpmO3-o8VIiS8twm
Is this video good for is 200t models as well
@@wahiawabound808 that model is not sold here in Canada, so I don’t know the exact layout of it. It will definitely look a little different as the engine is oriented in a different direction.
My 2017 gave me a dashboard message stating that the power steering is low. You just said you can’t check that level because it’s electric power steering reservoir…. So what’s going on? Thanks!
@@nativealien_14 the message would say something like “power steering power low” and has to do with the electric power supplied to the power steering system. Could be a symptom of a weak battery or some other electrical issue.
@ thanks for your response!
@ no problem!
Hi Viktor. Do you have in your collection instructions on how to change the fluid in the rear axle in NX 200T?

@@Viktor_G_Automotive Thank you. I subscribe to your channel and I've already seen the video.
I have ? About the coolant.. I saw u pour in the 55/45 mixed, but when I clicked the link for Coolant it’s 50/50 mixed … which 1 should I buy? Ty
Hi, either is fine. 55/45 is Canada spec and 50/50 is USA spec.
I’m missing a small cap next to we’re you twist off the other cap I notice you are missing both. Does it matter ?
Hi, I am not sure what cap you are referring to, but the vehicle in this video was almost brand new, it was not missing anything.
@@Viktor_G_Automotive it’s like a cap for the tires we’re you add air. I looked up other videos and they also don’t have it.
I got a notification about power steering.. but you said there's no reservoir
There is no reservoir or fluid, but there is a power steering system which is electric. It would need to be diagnosed based on the specific fault code or message that you are getting.
Wow tganks for this reply i keep trying to find the power steering fluid but can't located it on my 2015 lexus es350 does it mean its electric as well ? @Viktor_G_Automotive
@@sussiah1148 that is correct, 2015 ES has electric power steering as well.
Did not say what type or weight oil to use?
@@tonysanchez9114 hi, different regions/markets may require different oil viscosity. Check either on the oil cap itself or on the sticker attached to the top engine cover to find out what oil weight is recommended for your particular vehicle.
