Long time no see, but I am finally back!
Well... actually I was there all along, on my workshop, working on this girl!
The stand for this little Lilac Fairy took me 4 whole weeks to make, but I think it was worth it in the end.
I hope that you will think so too... and my sister, because this particular lady will be living with her from now on!

Lilacs are my favorite! They remind me of my mom (passed 20 yrs ago) and of the lilacs bush she planted under my bedroom window when my grandma passed (I was 13) The smell coming in at night was heavenly

@@CatmeleonStudioif You do make marigolds maybe You could look into día de muertos from México (marigolds or cempasúchil as it's known here) is the oficial day of the dead flower and we use its petals to make Golden roads for our deceased to come back Home for a visit and have dinner actually día de muertos is very soon! I've always been a fan of doll customizing, and tried to do it myself when I was younger (like, 13...) but unfortunately didn't have the skills to do it. I've had my old projects for years, and never tried again until discovering you 2 years ago in your early days. Your approach to customs, and turning them into gorgeous figurines/sculptures inspired me to do the same. Now I'm trying to make sculpture dolls out of my old projects, and I couldn't feel happier combining dolls and art again. Thank you so much for being such an inspiration.

First, you decide to do every flower individual with clay. And I am impressed.
Then, they all get those little + on top. I am even more impressed.
Then, you repeat everything to make even nicer, bigger blooms. I don't believe it anymore.

I think she’s one of my favourites along side jelly fish girl. Lilacs remind me of being a child playing with my sister in the garden. Always wanting to see fairies amongst the lilac tree and butterflies

She is absolutely beautiful and so creative. Her expression looks a bit mischievous to me. Lilacs are one of my favorite flowers. They are so lovely and delicate looking, but actually quite hardy. The improvement in your sculpting is easily seen. I bet your sister loved her immediately! I love that you are always trying to make your creations better. Sometimes I think you are quite hard on yourself, when it doesn't come out exactly right. I was glad to see that you decided not to completely redo the sculpting on her body. Using the body shading and blushing was a great way to fix some of what you felt looked a bit wrong. Sometime imperfections make something more lovable. She is truly a work of art. As to the new rating on your spider girl. What a load of crap! The world and especially here in the US all this save the children from anything that might even marginally be deemed sexual is getting out of hand. I was a teacher at a high school, and I can tell you that kids know the difference between artistic and sexual. The hypocrisy is so ridiculous. On another note, I go back and re-watch your videos often. I enjoy them as much as the first time and I like to see how far you've come in your artistry and skill. Iam sending you lots of praise and encouragement to continue your journey. Do what makes you happy and keeps you fulfilled. 😁

I’ve made it through almost all of your videos and I’m so sad because I watch them to fall asleep. I have tried to find other creators on your level but I seem to always be disappointed. You make true art and I can’t wait for the new videos!
You know, one of my grandfathers was a dentist, he retired recently, and he has given me some of his spatulas and drill ends. I sometimes use the spatulas for paintings, as well as an old nail manicure kit from my grandma. So it's not that weird in my opinion to be a little creative with your tool choice. Also about the lilacs, from my mom I learned something similar that she did for luck with grades. My mom is Ukrainian and when she was younger she would eat the lilac flowers with five petals to receive fives (which were the highest marks there) on her exams. I have done the same thing when I learned about this small tradition when I got the chance but with six petalled lilac flowers instead of five since I live in Bulgaria (I'm half Bulgarian by the way) and the highest mark here is an excellent six. They taste just like green salad! 😋 ❤️

She's beautiful 💜💜💜 You did a fantastic job on this one and I agree,not everything is for children to watch or do things that aren't safe. There are people who are dedicated to making children toys, books and shows and others who make them for everyone. I feel like it would be stressful to try and appease a certain audience with their art and at some point their passion for it would be gone. It's better to make stuff that not only makes the audience happy but makes you happy too.

I don't want to stick to one kind only and always look over my shoulder, cause anything can cause a strike apparently :/ It is not very freeing feeling... But I won't let it ruin my fun with the hobby and I will still make whatever I feel like it... Maybe one day the wind will shift, some good competition will rise and YT will be forced to start caring about their creators, or they will be gone.

I grew up with a lilac bush in my front yard, and I would always get so excited when it would bloom cause they smelt so good! This is hands down one of my favorite flowers, and this doll is just beautiful!!! those clay lilacs look amazing!
