Awesome walk! I'm surprised that you use the S5ii since most walkers use the FX3! Curious on what lens you used here?
FX3/fx30 awesome for video purpose but S5ii is the perfect hybrid camera (since i shoot pictures sometimes). I use a fisheye lens then crop a bit to remove the distortion.

As a Taipei local people. I will definitely tell everyone if go night market. Don’t go Shilin night market.
No any local people go there, because there are more night market better than there. And also Shilin night markets have many bad seller will increase price when see you are tourist, there is very notorious night market for Taipei people

I didn't know Taiwan was like this, witha GDP that matches South Korea, SK is way way ahead. All the buildings and infrastructures look dilapidated, like they are stuck in the 80-90s. Scooters are everywhere like Bangkok and Vietnam. In 10 years time, all the SE Asian tigers will catch up with Taiwan. If this is the "free" version of China, they are not doing very well, there will come a time when Mainland Chinese look down on you.
Thanks for this interesting feedback. As a filmmaker and witness, i have to stay neutral.. yet there are pros and cons in this country as everywhere in the world !

indeed but hopefully with time things getting better
in asian countries, if you're sick with anything transmittable, you wear a mask to protect others around you as a courtesy. imagine that. im so used to my coworkers getting me sick
