Nice demonstration, I think why most Motorola radios outperform the HAM ones is they are usually are single band. The Nagoya antenna is tuned for multiple bands and I think that the single band Motorola antenna is better for that. I quite like that little EX560, I want one that small but I think I'm going to go for the Icom F50v (another radio that is like a radio and pager in one).
