As a landlord I can honestly say good tenants are hard to find and your new landlord is incredibly lucky too,as they have found people that will love and look after their property.

I told y'all it was a blessing! Y'all remind me of my Son and his wife. The landlord takes advantage of their age and knowing they need a home. They have to pay to fix everything. Big purchases too like the HVAC system etc. The whole $10,000 system. They aren't even renting to own. So when I saw y'all's story. I joined your UA-cam channel. I hate for people to take advantage of good people. God see's it and blesses the people who are wronged ❤

❤❤DO NOT RENT TO OWN!! I KNOW NO ONE WHERE THAT HAS WORKED OUT! Even 2 Christians in our church, tried to stretch the truth when they hit hard times and tried to sue them for extra money. Luckily our friends were able to literally go back over 10 yrs of bank statements to show monthly payments. Plz do not! Borrow money from your family before you ever rent to buy. Or just be patient and working on your credit.❤😅

Just a little tip: Make sure you strap or block up the boxes in the back of the truck(mom’s attic)or they will slide off when going up a hill.Also with most of them being open it will be all over the place. My husband put our mattress across the back to hold them in.

If you decide to do rent to own, all you need to do is go to a title company and they will handle all the legal documents. Just check and see how much your filing fees will be with them, because everything will be filed in the county you live in. Looking forward to seeing the new home.

Ii think you're right about your moving being part of a plan. I live in Southern middle Tennessee and own my home but i have some friends who rent and every time something comes up for rent, it's gone immediately!!! The fact that you found something so quick and that someone was willing to hold it and basically promise it to you without even knowing you is awesome!!! That you love the place, you have amazing landlords and they're willing to sell it to you later is all just whip cream and cherries on top.

I know how moving feels I flipped 2 houses to be able to move my Family to a better state when we moved to the new state over 10 hours away we had 2 of the largest uhauls plus a vehicle tower and I drove my car because I have 2 Autistic sons and I took the youngest in my car plus 2 cats lord never again we love our house and the state we literally live out in no man land Iowa . The worst is moving just look forward to the new home .

God is so good and I’m literally so happy for you and that it’s all coming together. You won’t be surprised at how easy it is to purchase a home so if you haven’t found a good real estate agent, I would start with that ask around or see if they recommend anyone the new owners and the real estate agent can work with a few banks to see what would be the best bank for you to go with to, see how much you guys would be prequalified for… but for now I’m so excited that you guys are. I’m assuming in your place by now and I can’t wait to see all that you do to it.
